I’m incredibly happy with my experience though Long Insurance Services. When I moved back to North Carolina after living out of state a few years I had no doubt in my mind to come back to Long Insurance Services for help. This is a group of really great people that are friendly, attentive, and professional. I received my quote and was able to electrically sign the documentation for my coverage extremely quick. They set me up with a good quality plan for a wonderful price. I know that I can trust them with anything I need!

I have several policies with this office and they have always been very responsive, always available when needed and resourceful. I will definitely recommend them if you like an agent who will pick up the phone whenever you call with a question or concern. Monte and his team are very professional and sell you on what you NEED and aren’t pushy. I have very much enjoyed my relationship with Long insurance for the past several years.

Long Insurance is the best we have had great to work with! We have our company insurance thru Long Insurance Wayne and Monte is on top of everything if there is something that comes up that we are not aware of they call us to let us know whats going on we are not left in the dark like the other company we had! they look for ever way to see the most affordable and possible way of doing things to save our company money and on top of all that they call to check and see how we are doing I feel like they are not just our insurance company but friends if not almost part of there Family Thanks Wayne and to Monte for helping us get away from the other company and there very high prices also for calling checking up and staying in touch with us! Monte and his team are the best in the business. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and a all around great company. Never pushy or pressure oriented like most insurance companies. They care about the person not the policy!

A lot of insurance companies know how to "sell" insurance, but once they have your business you don't get the level of service your policies deserve. This company has the knowledge to take care of their customers and accounts very well. They are hard-working and honest and they look out for all of their clients. Very impressed.
