plumber came out on a service call and diagnosed the problem checking things over thoroughly. very polite and professional, informative. my wife who was very stressed over the issue was completely at ease when the plumber left.. this business has gained a loyal customer due to their quick response and professional demeanor. We were told they would be here sometime today then they called to let us know that they were on the way. They arrived within a few minutes after that call. They worked and totally unclogged our kitchen drain and it works great now. They were very nice and professional. We're very appreciative

After spending three days and calling five other local plumbers to come out for water leaking into my garage, I called Keen and they were at my house within a few hours. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it before leaving. Responsive from management all the way down to the new guy on the team. I highly recommend.

Steve and Tony did a great job! They came within a couple of hours of my call. They arrived in the rain and stayed till 9pm getting the job done. Very polite, thorough and professional. I would defiantly call them again.

I called Keen Plumbing and they were at my house by the next morning. The 2 men who came out were very friendly. The plumber who came to get sand out of my pipes was great, he worked hard to get it out so it would not turn into more of a job then what it was.He was polite and kept me informed along the way. He went above and beyond and I am grateful and thankful. He did great work was there on time and called when he was going to be late. It was a 2 day job. I wanted to thank him but it was raining and he left before I had a chance. I will not hesitate to recommend Keen to anyone. Great job!!!Thank you.

Had been using Keen for years but last time I called I was told the price was $125.00 per hour plus tax and if needed...parts. I knew that was higher than they used to charge but anyway they came the next morning and after unplugging a clog in the drain charged me $200.16! I was shocked at the bill. My son called the next day and they told my son that they were at my house 55 minutes but it took the plumbers 9 minutes to get to my house after receiving the call so that pushed it over an hour and added $75 to the bill. So I paid $75 for the plumbers to drive to my house...this is unacceptable. I worked 33 years and not once did I get paid to drive to where I was doing my job! The plumber who came told me they had gone up due to Covid????? Needless to say people... I am no longer using Keen Plumbing. I have checked prices at other plumbers and the one I will use is below $100 .and thats including tax for a service call. Check around unless you can afford not to.

I had called numerous local plumbing companies for weeks with no response. I call keen and they came right out. I had use them at another location for another company and they did a superior job for us then as well.

We've used Keen Plumbing on several occasions, including running a line into the city's sewer system, replacing old pipes, and standard maintenance. They're always professional, reasonably priced, and aarive on time and leave the job site clean. If you need a plumber I highly recommend Keen Plumbing.

My first call for assistance was answered by a professionally sounding employee who transferred me to Johnathan for information and services. Johnathan was not only informative but also problem-solving must be his specialty. I had a difficult project, at least it was difficult for me, but Jonathan made it sound simple. Along with being a difficult project to me it was also a big expensive project for my budget. Jonathan broke it down and made it simple for me to understand ways that we can get the project done and still come in close to budget with alternatives and simplified methods. In one word I can only describe this plumbing company as the BEST in Goldsboro.
