Steve Roberson was extremely helpful setting up our home and auto insurance. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We moved down here from New York and Steve was guided us thru the process of transferring the license plates, registering the car. I would highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience with Kristin Compton. She made the time spent there very comfortable and I was very pleased with the out come of the results of my auto insurance and condominium insurance. I would recommend her to anyone coming in for any questions concerning home and auto insurance.

We recently felt it necessary to get additional quotes and options for our auto and home policies. Steve Roberson had done some online quotes a year or so ago. The prices were comparable, but we opted to stay with our carrier at that time. When renewal time came, we found it necessary to do further research. Steve still had our info on his computer. He was able to look at both home and auto policies. Making sure we were comparing “apples to apples”, he looked at our policies and quoted us a substantial savings. It is also good to have someone to meet one-on-one, rather than try to get info on a 1-800 #. Give Steve an opportunity to see if State Farm is “good fit” for you. We are glad we did!

I recently had to make a change in some information on my account. I entered the app and made the needed changes however the service gave me an error notice. I assumed that the information had not been saved, so I tried again and received the same error notice.

I called Susanna’s office to let them know about the issue I had and they were very cordial and helpful. As it turned the information had been saved properly and my update had been completed. They were able to walk me through the online app to find the info.

It was a great experience and I am thankful for my agents office and her staff.

We have had a house and car insured and Financed by Susanna Nunn - State Farm in the past and recently returned to them because our experience with was so much better than our other Insurance company. Steve was awesome in setting up our Policies and Kristin was absolutely wonderful and efficient in making some minor changes to our current policy. We came here from having policies at a large insurance company because of their customer service and support. At the large company we spoke with a different person every time we called or emailed. This resulted in being improperly insured and we didn’t have coverage when we had a claim. Steve throughly explained coverage for our properties and we were able to get better coverage for less or the same amount as the other insurance company.

I recently talked to Kristin about adding a 2nd vehicle to my policy and she had said my insurance had lapsed that day and I was panicking because I knew I had made it on the 1st. She seen where I had made that payment on the 1st so she too was confused. She got off the phone talk to the higher ups and about an hour later she messaged me saying my policy was reinstated and that there was no lapse. I messaged her back thanking her and giving her the rest of the information to get the 2nd vehicle added on. It wasn’t long after she texted me with a great price for 2 vehicles. I recommend asking for Kristin for all of your insurance needs! 😊

He was patient with me when I had to locate items for him and truly seemed to be genuine in helping me.
