So happy we chose this place to take care of our car after being in an accident! Adam and the other staff made everything easy and went out of their way to take care of us. They kept us apprised of the repair status throughout the whole thing. Definitely the place to go! 🎉

The guys here at Accelerated Collision Repair have treated me so well that I genuinely should left reviews years ago!! My car had some rear passenger side damage and by the time they got done replacing and repainting the parts, I never could tell the difference!! Their expertise, friendliness, expediency, communication, and fairness in price are second to none! You can deal in absolute comfort and confidence with these guys; they will take incredible care of you!!

I called Accelerated Collision because I was unable to find anywhere that could work on my converted Van. Tim answered my initial call and instructed me to go ahead and come for an estimate. Once there, he was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The team at Accelerated Collision repaired the upper left back corner of my Ford Transit 250 perfectly and more timely than even originally promised! The front desk staff was also amazing and able to answer any questions I had. The experience was made easier because of this amazing team! I highly recommend if you need body work done correctly and with warranty.

We had a great time using this company they had us in and out in a timely manner even with insurance giving them a hard time. Everyone was super kind and easy to talk to on getting updates and they made sure our vehicle was completely safe for our family. They had to do a lot to the front end as far as the damage that had been done during our accident and you would never know it was damaged at all! Thank you all!!

GO HERE FOR EVERYTHING. We are so thankful for Accelerated Collision repair. Our car got rear ended by a young driver and we had a really tough time with her insurance company (even with a police report, and admission of guilt by driver that hit us). Finally we were able to bring the car into Accelerated Collision and they are INCREDIBLE with insurance companies. We felt taken care of at Accelerated instead of being at battle just to get scraps from the insurance company. We are so incredibly grateful for this Auto repair shop. They were a game changer in our experience with this accident. They seriously know what they are talking about and they know how to advocate for you. I really don't like when thinks happen to my ride! I don't like guessing about insurance that is clear as mud (even when you didn't do anything wrong). Accelerated Collision Repair did an awesome job on my jeep and got me back on the road! They handled all the insurance issues, paperwork, rental, and made the process easier for me. The waiting area is welcoming, staff friendly, and I was treated like family!

We first brought our car in for a new windshield and other miscellaneous little things to be fixed on the car and everything was fixed perfectly and they worked with our insurance company so the windshield repair was cost free to us. About a month later our check engine light went on, we took it right to them and Adam found the problem right away with the coolant detector so they ordered the part and put it in. They charged us a very fair price, a week later the engine light came back on and we took the car back. The part they put it was under warranty so they were able to order another one. After a week or so the new part came in (not having this part working did not effect our driving the car just the check engine light and coolant detector both did not work). They put in the new part and split the programming with me so I wouldn't have to pay the full price for the programmer again.
We lost our mechanic after many years and were on the lookout for a good fair mechanic and boy did we go to the right place. These guys and gals are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Will continue to go to Accelerated for all my car needs. I would recommend them for any mechanical or body repair.

The guys at this shop are cream of the crop. They’re good, honest, hardworking men that know what they’re doing. My grandfather was a mechanic and always repaired my vehicles, when he passed, my family found this shop and we don’t take our vehicles anywhere else. My mother lives in Mooresville and said as long as she can drive her car this far, she’d rather make the drive and have them do her mechanic work than anyone else. A reliable, honest mechanic is worth more than gold! Highly recommend this shop!

We were dealing with TWO insurance claims!! It was a total disaster!! BUT.. The staff here went above and beyond to meet our needs every time we called. They made sure that we were satisfied & everything was put back perfectly on our 2019 Chevy Colorado!! Highly recommend!!!

Great customer service and professionalism. I was giving the given the best support and attention when my Toyota Corolla Cross crashed and I needed a Body Shop to evaluate the damage for decision-making by the Insurance company.

I'm not sure I've ever met a group of more genuine people operating a business. From the very moment I dropped off my wrecked Hyundai everyone was extremely welcoming and invested in making sure my vehicle was either A) repaired to a safe operating condition or B) the insurance company wasn't going to low ball the settlement. Joe in particular was very responsive and educational in navigating the back and forth with insurance. Overall can't recommend the team at Accelerated Collission Repair enough.

The mechanic, Stephen, was very knowledgeable and took a great amount of time to test the car in every possible way and walked me through on things to watch out for. Great experience with this collision repair. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and kept me updated frequently on the progress. They were also able to help me with other questions I had about my accident situation that were unrelated directly to my car.
