Today I went back to Lowe's to get another load of landscaping brick and had the most wonderful experience.
Gentleman named Arthur help me get the 20 lb landscaping bricks and loaded them in the car for me.

I was super impressed. And this was Friday of a holiday weekend.

I will be back.

I've got to say this store has really come around. during Covid there were some disappointing experiences that came with being short staffed during covid understandably. But each and every interaction Ive had with this store the past year has been amazing - Even when there's a problem, the employees have delivered amazing customer experience- If ever a Big Box felt like your neighborhood lumber, paint, hardware or nursery this location is it. Representatives have taken me out to hunt for items in the back, climbing over pallets to go wayyy back (River I think was his name) to sending people out to pick up cabinets ( thanks Lynn!) to the delivery driver navigating my mountain driveway. The Pro desk people are awesome but so is everyone! This is a store every big box retailer could learn from! This is old school neighborly shopping and for that I'm truly appreciative! Excellent customer service. I want to recognize Thomas in the Appliances department. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping me out and figuring out what I needed. This guy needs a pay raise.

If you had more employees like the veteran on Aug 28 working in the paint dept. (sorry I didn't get his name!!) ,your store would be a fun place to shop. He was friendly, helpful and gave great advice. And...he had a great sense of humor. He's awesome. Need more folks like him.

Jeff helped us yesterday and today in flooring and tile. I can't say enough good things about him and his patience with us. This store has improved tremendously! To all the employees...Keep up the good work! And thank you for working and being helpful to the customers. We appreciate y'all!

Lowe's is always there for my painting and home improvement needs. The paint department, especially is always fun to work with.

One of the best Lowes I have ever been to, these guys are pure gold!John over in plumbing is so knowledgeable and helped us organize materials for a diy plumbing job.
The next day we had to go back for another job and we met Arthur and he was so helpful and gave is some really good info.
I hope these guys are all there my next trip up!

My husband and brother in law came home and demanded a 5 stars review for Stacy in Customer Service. They said had never experience such a professionalism and customer service. Stacey made them feel like old friends, was very knowable and helpful. She really cares and you can tell she likes what she does.
We need more Stacys in the world!

Lowes always has a diverse choice of DIY products for just about anything most homeowners might need or want.

Who doesn't love lowes?, great prices for home items.. they allow ur Pets to go in with you

What's not to like! It's a Lowe's, which is always my first choice if I have a choice between it and Home Depot. I will say that when I was in there mid May 2023 they were rapidly marking up the prices on everything that was already on the shelves. Inflation! Buy things while you can!

I recently was helped by an absolutely wonderful Waynesville Lowe's employee named Becky when I had to return a defective set of outdoor furniture. She was the most reasonable, prompt, and professional person I have ever had the pleasure of working with at Lowe's. Thank you, Becky! You deserve my sincere thanks.

I love standing around staring at the one thing I need to buy in the plumbing department that’s locked up for 30 minutes after asking for help. No one ever showed up. It was great!!!!! Keep up the good work!!’

The personnel is friendly and helpful. I do prefer to walk in the store with my Lowe’s app so I can find stuff right away. Some items available only online, compare to other Lowe’s I’ve been to.

Dave in appliances is the guy to see! Extremely friendly jovial efficient guy! Tell him what you need and when and he'll do everything in his power to get it done!

Lowes is the go to place for roof safety for the area. Quality products

Just stocked up on stuff for new home in Waynesville and could not have found friendlier, more helpful folks at this store than Jeff from Lumber! Thanks for taking the time to help us find what we needed! Nathan at checkout hit a technical snag with the register scanner but quickly and efficiently got us taken care of! Great job, guys!

This is an amazing Lowes; if they don't have it, you probably don't need it. Lots of friendly, helpful employees.
My one complaint is the complete lack of employees at checkout.
