I really love this hospital, I had to go to the emergency hospital because I had problems in my groin. The nurses were super nice and checked what was going on. After that, they decided take me to surgery and try to calm myself down so I wouldn't get worried. The surgery went successful thanks to them! (If you're wonder why my name is called that, it's because I don't really like sharing my true information to others.)

My granddaughter Cierra was admitted on June 28th - July 1st at Brenners on the 9th floor. Everyone went above and beyond their duty to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Shout out to Shelly, Jacob, Megan and Amy!! God Blessed us with you beautiful Angels on Earth!! Also, a Shout out to Linda!! God Bless you all, much love to you all!

We had a great experience at this hospital. Yesterday I brought my son into the ER presenting signs of appendicitis which did turn out to be what it was. The doctors, nurses, and all staff were on top of everything from the time we walked in til the time we walked out. We were thoroughly impressed! Yall are amazing... i cant thank yall enough for being so good to my baby yesterday. ❤

My son broke his arm and had to have surgery! We had the BEST surgeon & nurses! Every staff member we spoke with was amazing and made this traumatic experience a little less stressful for my son as well as this momma! Highly recommended!!

Great hospital and staff…they make you feel very comfortable and show they really care

This place made me and my baby stay very comfortable! He was sick so bad but they assured me with the best care. If any medical is needed I will always choose this place thanks again for the kind nurses I had in the pediatrics side! Chasne, johnathan and meika! Awesome staff

I won't name all the names but 8th floor nurses and staff are so incredibly nice and attentive. CAN NOT say enough about the experience we had when we had to take our son there for treatment. Our day time and night time nurses made sure we had the information we needed, accommodations for our son's needs and his mom was well taken care. Truly an amazing group of people that genuinely care about their well being. The ER department didn't wait around to start working up diagnosis trying to figure out what was going on and took the smallest details seriously. Staff was very friendly! You have something special going on here at Brenner's! Thank you!!

There is a lot of construction going on. That said - I can't say enough how well staffed they were. From getting my mom out of the car onto the golf cart - to getting a wheelchair help - directions - the staff is awesome. Everyone we saw in every position. Thank you for all you do.

I just want to say thank you to the anesthesiologist, nurses, and technicians or anyone involved in caring for my child when he had have an MRI done. He was terrified and I was terrified and I’m 7 months pregnant. It was a hard day and I did not want to see my son put to sleep but the sweet people that work here gave us both a great experience. I wish I could highlight the people in healthcare that sacrifice so much to provide outstanding care for their patients. If anyone that works in healthcare reads this know I am praying for you and even on your hard days and stressful days I thank you for putting your best effort forward. The Lord will bless those who care for his children. Love you all dearly. Thank you wake forest health!

My 8 month old son was transferred to the Brenner's hospital at wake forest, we actually live in VA. When we got here they were quick to go over his medical history, they listened to me about details of his daily health.. and have been very determined to find the answers we need. Everyone has been so friendly, from the staff to the various Drs. I am definitely thankful that my son was transferred to this hospital.

Always have a good outcome love how they care except one time.. I will give zero stars to the phlebotomist and im guessing student that used my daughter as a pin cushion when she was 2 days old no reason for someone to stick a child so much. Im assuming they did that bc i was a young mother and didnt know i could ask for another.

Our daughter injured her eye, and when she blew her nose her eye socket filled with air like a balloon. Needless to say we were freaked. We were admitted with no wait time. We saw one doctor who was not concerned, but knew that we were. We saw two more doctors all within 30 minutes and they put our fears to rest.

She is fine. And we hope we don't have any more accidents, but if we do ... we will go to Brenner.

This is a fantastic facility and the staff went over and above make us feel at ease.

I myself have been in this hospital. I've also had friends in this hospital. None of us have ever had any problems at all. The staff us very experienced with children , and the whole atmosphere of this hospital is very kid friendly. There are many activities for your child to participate in both in their room, and in the waiting room. I would absolutely reccomend Brenner to any family facing any kind of trouble. All of their units are outstanding, and the hospital is very modern.

My son had to be here over a week in the child behavioral health unit. He's home through this before at two other hospitals and it's been a horrible experience. Brenner's has been a refreshing surprise. Fantastic care, friendly and helpful staff, no problems at all! Presbyterian and Mission need to visit here and learn how it's done.

I myself loved the staff while being there for nultiple days due to a serious family emergency with my 13 year old son. Everyone made us feel welcome, appreciated, and cared for. Which considering the emergency and uncomfortable situation . It was nice to be cared for in such a wonderful manner from the staff at Brenner's, thamks for everything!

Amazing hospital . Staff is really friendly . We had to stay overnight and they were always very thoughtfull , checking in every once and a while and asking if there was anything we needed help with . Best hospital I have ever been to.

I can only give 5 stars to Brenner Children's for past experiences. I love this hospital. I have a special connection. One of the fellows made a stunning remark, : "If sunscreen is to stressful..etc.." Now, we all know that this can not be true. Fallacies are prohibited in medical ethics, and ethics generally. This statement is powerful for all of humanity (for which this Fellow chooses to serve) to understand this will always divide us morally. I was at this hospital in 2016 in a dire need. Speak with that fellow. I was happy to see a prior nurse. Brenner's holds dear to me.

They took excellent care of my twins. They are identical girls and we're born 2 months early. The N.I.C.U. nurse's were very friendly and compassionate. They were so professional and courteous. My girl's are doing wonderful and growing up so fast and smart and very strong. .. Thank you so much to the Brenner Children's Hospital N.I.C.U. Teams and nurses for taking care of my baby's.

Took for ever for test results but done great with our child
