My family came hunting for a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses and you delivered. We had a specific color we wanted and while you didn't give us the bridesmaids dresses you gave us the wedding dress and the maid of honor. The future bride was a smiling beauty in the dressing room. And the future maid of honor looked just as beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and the selection was huge!!

Great sales. I purchased work attire and there are so many options there from work to dressy to casual. Bedspreads. In my opinion it is a macys and Dillard's mix. The sales were amazing! And an organized and clean nice open store with great customer service

I was looking for an item today, and the person I spoke to went out of his way to help me find it. He asked other people, he offered to look online, he offered to coordinate shipping from other Belk's. I appreciate so much his sincere effort to help me. I was also offered help finding a shorter check out line when I was ready to make my purchase. I appreciated so much the service received during my visit, I will make sure to come back to buy clothes and home goods in the future.

I almost always find great deals at this Belk location. It's not as picked over at the Crabtree Valley Mall location.

The associate, Julie was very personable and helpful. She took the time to tell me about deals/sales that I had overlooked. She was very attentive and professional. Because she shared the sales with me I will be going back tomorrow to finish my Christmas shopping. I must say that this was one of the best experiences I had and that says a lot. Your associates are always very professional and pleasant.

I needed some makeup..Dillard's nor Macy's had it. I went to Belks and the young man who worked the counter was so helpful..pleasant ..a sheer delight. He did not have the product..but went above and beyond to look it up for me and told me he could place an order and ship it to my home! Above and Beyond....I will definitely go back!

I like belk. I'm sad to see them close soon. we would try on and buy new makeup, perfume and jewelry. they have good suits for men. Their clinique counter is decent. they have some sales, but it depends on what's in the newspapers. You'll have to spend time to look. Their jewelry sales are good.
