Love this hidden gem book store right down the road from me. The lady here is so kind and helpful! Met the sweetest kitty too! So many books to choose from at such good prices! Will be going back :)

A delightfully packed used book store! You can find books from every genre here and I love that it's a bit over-stuffed since it makes for more tucked away gems. Don't let the size fool you, it's easy to lose some serious time in here browsing the shelves. Staff is friendly, including their very friendly cat who make sneak up on you while you're browsing. They also offer a credit deal if you trade in books.

I love a good used bookstore and this one does not disappoint. There is so much to choose from and did o mention there's a cat? Every local bookstore needs a dog or cat. The owner and the cat are very welcoming.

Great little used book store. I spent some time just looking around to see what there was. Found some hidden treasures. The lady running the store is so sweet. We talked for a bit while helping me look for some books. I got 3 decent size books and great condition for $28 and I was happy. I personally love to collect books but it's nice to know I can exchange any I would like for credit. It you appreciate used books and love to support a small business please give this woman and her sweet cat a visit.

I love the Paperback Exchange! The owner is very nice and knows her store. She's always very willing to help locate brooks for you and will even order one if she doesn't have it in stock. The Exchange has just about any genre of books you can think of. Make your list of books you want to read but can't find and head onto this unique shop!

I just love this place. Small enough to feel cozy but with a stellar selection to choose from. Awesome.

Been meaning to get in here for so long and I finally did. Got a great selection of books there and the lady working there was so helpful and helped me pick out a few new authors. I will definitely be back

Letricia is wonderful!!! I so enjoyed talking to her and she really spent time sharing her knowledge with me. She knew where every book was and was happy to help. This is a hidden gem in Kernersville. She offers store credit for books that you bring in and only charges half price for books youd pay much more for anywhere else. Highly recommended. Youll stop in for a minute and end up spending an hour. So lucky to have found her!!! Will be back many many times!!! 5 stars!!!

I recently moved here from mississippi so i'd looked online for any used book stores and came across here. Went checked it out and the lady there was extremely nice and very helpful whenever i asked questions. There is also a big selection of books to choose from. Would of stayed longer if i'd had the time to browse more but will be a repeat customer for sure.

I have been in here a few times and every time she asks how I like the ones I had and recommends more that are suited for me reading likes! Loved every book she recommended so far and will continue to shop here for the huge selection and her advice on great books!

Paperback Exchange in Kernersville is a great used book store to go to when you are looking for used books at great prices. My husband and I met a very nice lady named Mona who was very helpful to us. We are looking forward to going back there very soon!
