Applebee's Grill + Bar

Walked in with a problem with online ordering and deals. The manager, Vita, made sure the deal was honored even though it didn't go through using online ordering. Another employee I did not get the name of but was a male was very helpful. As I sat at the bar we were served by Robin which was nice, helpful and made some good drinks.

I went to Applebee's for my lunch and the waitress was great and did all she could to get us our food as fast as she could but unfortunately we had to leave to get back to work so we got our food but I didn't get the chance to eat it because we left to go back to work. I say that to say I had a long wait and never got a chance to eat. I was hungry but the waitress did all she could with not enough help

Today was the best experience my family and I have had in a very long time. Food was excellent, no wait to be seated and staff was super nice.

Shared dinner at the bar the evening of March 1, 2024 and marveled at a couple of efficient, hard working ladies behind the bar cranking out multiple meals and drinks. Usual pleasant Applebees atmosphere and meals. A friendly go-to place when we’re on the road.

It's Applebee's...the wife and I sat at the bar. Service was great, plenty of folks joking and having a good time. The drinks were cold and the food was warm. We had a great experience, staff was friendly.

The food is good. They have nice people that work there. It's worth the price.

Stopped to dine in. Waiter's are very prompt and polite. The cook's attention to detail was good. I was amazed how quick the food was prepared and how well. I demolished it 😄. The drinks were made to expertise. 5stars from me.

They are swamped. Still happy people though.

Food was very good. Server was a little slow, but took care of all of our needs. Always a nice atmosphere.

The okly con I could find was, their sweet tea is not what I cobsider southern sweet tea. It had just a hint of sweetness. They need to add 1 to 2 cups more of sugar. Other than that, food was delicious and service was excellent.

Faith, our bartender AND server, was AMAZING!!! First time going to this location and she was quick with our drinks, orders and food, even with handling the bar alone and waiting tables! Seemed unfair to watch other servers and management mingling while she was working her butt off! Regardless, she was great and was the reason I would come again!! Corporate needs to recognize her excellent time management, how well she handles working under stressful and busy conditions (without help), and her customer service/friendliness! Thanks for making a great night out on a night so relaxing before a funeral!

We stopped at this location on our way home from vacation. We were warmly greeted by Kenny, who ended up being our server. Kenny was fabulous! He thanked us several times for stopping in and checked on us frequently. It’s so hard to find great customer service like this. Thank you for the wonderful experience! It’s too bad we don’t live closer so we could visit again.

We need a safe choice to eat when traveling. Applebee's has been that for us for awhile now. Today, this location was no exception. Good food served hot and fresh with friendly service. However, this location has a secret weapon - Kenny! What a great smile and excellent service! Thank you, Kenny!

Awesome service food was delicious our server Chloe was so great I love my bourbons and I told her that so she has bartender make me a drink she had in mind was perfect if your in that area and wanna eat choose no other. We actually started at chili's but service was so bad we walked out never ordering food and crossed the street to Apple bees turned our hectic day and drive into a great nite

Excellent customer service today by the hostess CiCi. She exemplifies what superstar service should be. Great attention to detail, focused on the guests needs and very personable and cheerful. Manager on duty was also leading by example. Coaching and directing her staff. Great job overall.
