I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's Kernersville office since 2016. I noticed that the Google ratings were not reflective of my multiple experiences there at all. While we all know that healthcare and customer service in general is miserable at best, I have found the staff at CCD in Kernersville to be consistently warm, caring, and professional. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, and the thorough review of my concerns. I highly recommend this practice, specifically the Kernersville team!

01/22/2020, I had a very surprising phone call from the person I spoke with on Monday afternoon. She called and had several open cancellations dates available for early February. That is a relief for me and I'm very grateful to her for going back to look at my history. She was very kind and I hope to thank her in person. I worked for many years in customer service and I know that everyone has bad days, but I hope that medical offices, especially, will recognize that their patients really rely on them for assistance, care and, sometimes, a little bit of kindness.
01/20/2020. I would definitely give 5 Stars for my experience with Dr. Holler! She is an excellent doctor, however, I've just now had another unpleasant encounter with a person who works in the Kernersville office. The folks who work in reception and making appointments are apparently some of the unhappiest people in the medical field. They may not mean to, but they come across as uncaring and bored.

I was really nervous about coming here especially with all the negative reviews. It was one of the best experiences at a doctor's officr that I've ever had! They were friendly and timely. Recommend them 100%!

Very pleasant experience with the office staff. Dr. Smith was great! I highly recommend to anyone who needs to check their moles or any other skin issue.

Outstanding service from phone call getting appointment to greeting from office staff during check in. Very professional nurse and Dr. Hollor was outstanding. Will be back and refer others for dermatologist needs.

Well, Dr. Smith was a nice guy. Seemed to want to listen, and allay my concerns. But that was the end of the good stuff. Mostly, the rest of the staff just seemed to be in "process mode". So I felt like an order in an automated Amazon fulfillment center. Sadly this seems to be the way these days. The doctor introduced himself, but his assistant, who brought me to the exam room and asked some prelim questions, was cold as ice. The lady who took my payment couldn't have cared less if I was a fish standing in front of her.

We called to make the appt, the receptionist was awesome 5🌟 We get to the office to be greeted by the meanest receptionist and rude to every patient in there 0🌟Go back to the office room with another winner-nasty and impatient CNA 0🌟 To then Dr. Hollar who came in and was as awesome as she could be, so thorough, and answered all of our questions. 5🌟 Then to check out, nice receptionist 4🌟 I have to give a 3 because the service experience leading up to the doctor was absolutely horrible!!! If they got new receptionist staff, definitely a 5.

After confirming with front receptionist that I would only be paying a co-payment she said that I had an FSA Health account in which I had not yet met my deductable. I knew this was not true so I had to cancel my appointment until I could confirm with my medical carrier the type of account I have because I was not about to spend a bunch a money when I knew I had a co-pay with my medical carrier. After having my medical carrier to contact them directly to verify the kind of account I have with them, they (CCD) clearly lied to my medical carrier about the conversations they said they had with me. I was shocked that they would boldly lie like that. The only thing I can think of is that the reception was trying to cover her mistake. Needless to say I made another appointment with another office with the hope that their integrity is much better.

Gave a one star because I had to. Wouldn’t give this office any stars if that was an option. I’ve never been to any office where I feel like I’m being treated as a number. That’s exactly what I felt like. I’m just a number and dollar signs. My copay for dermatology is high, so I wanted to address a couple issues...spot in my face and hair loss. Arrived early for my appt, was taken back late, and they tried to rush me through the whole appt. Just terrible, I’ll go to an office that shows a little compassion even if I do have to drive a bit to get there. Don’t waste your time going here!

Scheduling an appointment is problematic. That department does not answer the line, and THEN fails to return calls. My last call on Sept. 3 resulted in a first available in JANUARY. I asked about being notified if a cancellation came available and "we don't do that" was the reply. Will go elsewhere.

The receptionist was extremely rude and annoyed with me for trying to make a appointment. The doctor had a very poor bedside manner. I will not be going back to this practice.

CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT. FIRST CALL THEY HUNG UP AFTER LONG WAIT ON HOLD. THEN I WAS TOLD FIRST APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE WAS 3 MONTHS OUT. A POSSIBLE CANCER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT THREE MONTHS TO BE SEEN. THEY COULD CARE LESS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
