Have been coming here for several years. Shawn always takes care of my car. Taylor handles the excellent customer service. I consider Shawn a GM specialist.

I have been a customer for a few years but 2022/2023 we definitely became close like family. Through crooked extended warranty companies, damaged parts being shipped, weekly check-in calls and lots of after 5:00 days....I will always speak highly of this TEAM (SHAUN AND TAYLOR) even when the warranty company failed to stand behind their policies, Shaun stepped up and took care of the situation! Came across Peche while living in Kernersville. These guys are the definition of customer service. I've had several vehicles serviced there and they always go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. I'm living in Greensboro now and will continue to give them my business. I'm glad we still have shops like Peche around!
