I love this place, they take care of you like you're family, you need anything done on your car, they're your source, and you will be taken care of like you were their own family. They're honest, fair and would never try to upsell you anything you don't need, or repair any part thats not causing the actual problem. I highly recommend them. Today i received the annual car inspection NC requires and an oil change. i moved here a little over a year ago from Michigan, landed on them when i needed repairs a few months ago, and I'm so glad i did, they're so fantastic!!!

I brought them my Ford Escape to replace the pads and rotors, which I supplied. They got the job done in a timely manner and had no issues with good pricing. The employees are nice and the place has a friendly atmosphere. I will be using them again.

Fantastic service and speedy repair! They worked on my car, 2 days ago. Not being from NC or Kernersville until December of last year and needing a good auto repair place, I searched for a place that had the values and customer service I love to support. This is a Family -owned business that takes pride and cares greatly about their customers. Fair prices and speedy service, what more can you ask for?! They even offered to pick up my car from my home, now that's amazing service! I highly recommend them!!

I have to say this place and the people that work there are absolutely amazing. I went there for a used vehicle inspection before purchase and they were straightforward. I purchased the car and will be taking it immediately back to then to get repaired for the issues that they found. Just based of of this one interaction they have my complete confidence and will continue to have my business. Also the dog is adorable.

Returned for the work that need to be done on the care. Dan Sadler and his staff did an excellent job. He communicated with me prior to the repairs and informed when completed. The price again was completely fair and their attention to detail was above the bar. This place deserves your business. And the dog deserves more treats.

So glad I reached out to Saddler Auto Repair after my car broke down. The owner, Dan Saddler, gave me a fair quote to replace the starter. I also asked for a new battery to replace one that was six years old, since I was concerned about upcoming freezing weather. Amazingly, the whole job was done in about an hour while I waited in the shop's lobby, where Karen and I chatted for a while. And I was delighted to meet Harley, the shop dog. :-) Great experience over-all, with fantastic customer service, which is a rarity these days -- and I highly recommend Saddler Auto to everyone. So wonderful to have my car running again. Thanks so much to the Saddler family!

Absolutely I would come back to them 1000 times over!! They have our auto business for life! Got my brakes done there and even though no one around had mine in stock and it took overnight to get them done that was not at fault to them. They were very family friendly and I'll be back with all our future vehicles!

This place was my savior!! I discovered while driving home from work after midnight one night that nothing attached to my steering column was working. I had no turn signals, no wipers for my windshield or back glass...of course no windshield washer ability, and no headlight control. Somehow, I had very low beams that stayed on the whole time, but nothing else. By pure luck when trying to figure out what was wrong I saw Saddler's and stopped. They let me leave my car and drove me home, the following day when they were finished repairing (they also did my overdue oil change and changed my wipers), they picked me back up to collect my car. That was amazing! Otherwise, I don't know what I would have done. Sat for hours until a friend or family member could get me. The price that was charged was a really great rate for all that they did. Very thankful! Recommending to all my friends!

My wife Ford Escape had broken the front drive shaft and Saddler Auto towed it back to their shop and got her Escape fixed and running great again. We were given updates and even got a great price on the mechanical services provided!

Had the clutch replaced in my car 5 months ago. The clutch felt good but the pedal had to pushed further down to shift. Spoke to them an they were willing to look at it but I never brought it in. It also developed a rattle that they offered to look at and again, I never took it back in until this week.

They were awesome. Got it done in a day and didn’t charge me. I expected them to have it for a few days since they were busy.

The car is so much quieter and easier to shift. Wished I’d taken it back months ago but that was my fault.

Will def do business with again in the future.

My Prius was in need of a tune up, I also had a randomly weird noise coming from the front left wheel. Noise was very sporadic, making it kind of difficult to determine the source. Their team diagnosed the problem to be a bad wheel bearing. They installed new bearings and completed a tune up at a very competitive price. Very friendly and honest folks to deal with, it was an A+ experience. They were highly recommended to me from a friend that said his family had been using their service for many years and guaranteed me that I would be a repeat customer if I gave them a try. Two thumbs up for sure.

I took my 1993 ford explorer to them for a couple of things they did a great job and wer done with it in a very timely manner, will definitely be back

I’ve heard people say let me have my mechanic look at it. I never understood that until now. The Saddler auto care family has gone above and beyond every time I have had car trouble. They stick to the time table they said. They come in with a better value than other mechanics I have used in the past. I now have a mechanic and you should too!!

Sent our Jeep in for diagnosis, and to be fixed. Got it done in a timely manner for a decent price. They also mounted a tire for our other car and done our inspection. They are also very welcoming and friendly! Will definitely go back and recommend.

If you want a trustworthy Mechanic Who Will work with you if you're having hard times and can't afford to pay a huge bill all at once, this is a great place to come. I've been here several times and both times I left knowing that I can trust the work they did, and praising the Lord for leading me to a place that will work with me, so the next time something goes wrong with my van I know i can bring it to them and they will fix the problem. I called to make an appointment to have my headlights replaced and was able to secure an appointment for less than a week later. I was very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend this business.

So grateful for finding saddler auto. From first interaction in the phone w Karen , I knew I was at the right place . Axle and tune up done , and car is running great.
