Love these guys, great service at the best prices. Got my oil changed cranked out in less than 30 minutes while on my lunch break. Will be back for the next one!

Today I got run off the road by someone texting and driving. Popped my tire . I was stranded on the side of the road.I wasn't getting anywhere with roadside assistance. I was having trouble getting the lug nuts off of my tire because they were aluminum ,and had swollen so couldn't get the tire iron on them in order to get the donut on to get it to a tire shop ,and have it replaced. Not to mention I had to pick my daughter up from preschool in a couple of hours. So luckily I called Beroth Tire and automotive. They had the size tire I needed and I asked if they had a tow truck. He said that he didn't and I explained my situation with the lug nuts and how I didn't have anyone to help me. And they sent over two mechanics in their worktruck.They came over and helped me get the lug nuts off of my car. And even took the tire back to their shop replaced.It brought it back and installed it on my car. Granted when them coming out to help me is not a regular service that is offered at their shop. But a kindness out of the goodness of their heart. I am so grateful to them for helping me out. Not to mention the prices were very decent. I would definitely recommend Beroth Tire and automotive to anyone . Great people great service. Sincerely one grateful customer!!!

Straightforward and very much appreciated for not engaging in the nonsense of upselling services I wouldn't understand, and I wasn't requesting. Service performed correctly in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. This business earned my trust today.

I’ve been coming here for 30 years and I’ve never had the impression that they’re overcharging or taking advantage of me. Also, they never try to “upsell” to me.

I took my trailer tire in that was low on air to be patched or repaired and after finding a small nail hole they repaired the tire. During the remounting process the tech damaged the bead of the tire and therefore they replaced the entire tire with a new one and only charged me for the patch price. They made a small mistake and then went above and beyond to make it right to me. I’ll continue to come back here for years. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I've gotten my BMW serviced here several times and have only had positive experiences. The staff here have excellent knowledge of European cars, can always get me in same day/the next day, and are efficient and quick with repairs. They are also friendly and pleasant to do business with. I was shocked by how good these guys are, it can be hard to find a reliable car shop these days. Good prices too. Highly recommend!!

The customer service is the best! The people who work here are friendly and honest. I'm a senior and they put windshield liquid in my reservoir and I didn't have an appointment. They helped me understand what was under my hood. I've never changed a tire in my life. Thanks to the people who work here!

I knew I needed to have 2 tires replaced. What I didn't know was that because I have all-wheel drive there was a possibility that I would need to replace all 4 or it could ruin the transmission. They took a look at the other 2 tires and said they were fine for a while longer. Thank you!

Had them put 4 new Michelin tires on my SUV. Fast service & cheeper than I was expecting. 2weeks later they replaced all 4 tires on my truck. Great job 👍

They operate first come first serve for tire repair so it did take 4 hours for my tire to be fixed, but they did a wonderful job and it was only $25. Professional, honest, efficient. I would come here again!

I recently checked on Tire pricing and received a good quote. I ordered the tires and had them installed 2 days later. I was pleased with their service and love the new tires. I will try them again when I need another set.

I woke up to a flat tire and my car was towed to Beroth. They are one of most honest companies I know. It wasn't my tire but a messed up sensor. While looking at my tires they discovered I needed new brakes. These were the 2 items repaired. They were honest and let me know my tires were good! Customer service is superb! I highly recommend them!

Friendly staff ,, got me in and out quicker than he quoted me. Got me ready so quick I'd layed my cell phone down in the seat beside me ,got up to get my bill and left my phone in that chair, got half way home and realized I'd left it....went back and they'd pick it up and had it safe behind the counter. Made me feel even better about them.

We have always had top notch service at Beroth tire. They are honest people and have fixed many of the issues with our older cars.

Customer service was excellent and work was done in a timely manner. I was told the problem with my brakes and cost of repair before work was done. As a woman who needs to trust someone with my car repairs, I felt very respected and my trust was built with this visit. I will return when I need service to my car.
