Dead Pest offered great customer service! They were easy to contact, did a professional job, and I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. Kim was awesome!

We met Kim for the first time today. She is a complete professional. We felt like she was investing her time. Not just being here because it was her job. She took her time treating our property and was complete in her approach. We are very happy to have made the decision to work with Kim and The Dead Pest Society!

I had a sudden issue with ants after a couple heavy rains and called The Dead Pest Society. The Tech, Kim, came out at the appointed time and after speaking with me for a few minutes to determine my level of need, did a thorough job spraying the outside of the house and the garage. Problem solved! Would definitely recommend.

This is a great company and Rhonda is a fantastic representative who always makes the experience a pleasant one and goes above and beyond what is required. Reliable, helpful and friendly. The technician was prompt, addressed the issues we had, and was very professional. I used Dead Pest when we lived in High Point before and did not even consider calling anyone else when we moved back.

We recently hired Dead Pest Society (DPS) to assist us in dealing with birds in our bathroom exhaust vents. These vents exited through the eave of our house on the 2nd Floor and were very difficult to reach and clean. Not only did they show up two full days earlier than promised but the products installed to prevent future recurrences appear to be high quality. This has been a crazy situation, that we won't elaborate on here, but Donna and team have been more than accommodating and accessible at each step. These folks really know their stuff!! We recently had our property assessed and first treatment. Kristen walked the property with us discussing all of our concerns and offered incredibly helpful feedback and described, in detail, the process and what we could expect. (HUGE plus that my extremely "selective" pup, LOVED her!) We're so happy that we chose to go with them for our pest needs, and would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone that needs this type of service!!

Great company that takes pride in their work. Their technicians are wonderful and do a thorough job. They service my work place and their rate was cheaper than the previous company we used and the technician that always comes out is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. We generally have no pest issues but if we do they do not hesitate to come back out. I highly recommend this company for your pest control.
