There is a cook in the Back name April, her chicken is always fresh and crunchy and never a burnt taste. My husband went in there today to get us dinner and he said she cooked the dirty rice today so we tried it, and it was a much needed improvement it was light and fluffy and not mushy like it has been in the past... She obviously love what she does 💯

The staff is always friendly and the service is always quick. There food is FANTASTIC never had anything bad from here.

The cheddar bo biscuits were delicious. The staff provided great customer service skills during our visit.

Ate at the BO yesterday in Roanoke Rapids and it was so good. The service was great and the food was delicious! Everything has changed because Bettie Boone, general manager, is back. That is why it is so clean and everything was just right. Will be going back again.

Fresh fast food. Impeccable service. Friendly staff. Cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve seen in a while. Drive thru card around the restaurant moving around seamlessly. The team working together and in sync. Wow!

My wife and I came here while out of town to Richmond. Never had Bojangles before and now we are returning customers. This restaurant ran out of napkins. What did the manager on duty do? Guy not only went out and bought some with his own money but he went to each and every table to hand them out. That's amazing customer service.

It's a North Carolina Institution! Their made from scratch biscuits are amazing, and their signature Cajun Filet chicken biscuit is NOT to be missed. For desert, Bo-berry's are divine, like scones drizzled with icing.

This people sales the best chicken 🐔 meat I ate in a long time. As a matter if fact, me and my family family traveled nearly 6hrs away from our home state to North Carolina on a weekend getaway to eat the lunch at this restaurant. We Loved it 💗 there.

Absolutely excellent food. As a Yankee, we don't have the franchise near me, but eating here set my bar far higher for both fried chicken and biscuits. All the food was excellent and they had large deals that were not all too expensive and the people (both customers and staff) were all extremely friendly. The only complaint here was that the service was far slower than it should have been. There was probably 10 staff members in the building and they all just had the one woman who took our orders do everything else, too.

Bojangles went above and beyond for my family today and I am very grateful. My son needed to use the restroom and they allowed us to use the bathroom, despite the dining room being closed. They did not have to do that but, they understood that he has just learned to potty fully. When we went to the drive thru I asked for a bacon and egg biscuit all separate for my son. They said no problem and even cooked the egg fresh for him. When we got to the window he was shouting with excitement about the cano big bo box and they made sure we had one. He loves putting his toys in it. None of these people had to do any of these things. They were already short staffed at the restaurant with many people wearing many “hats”. Thank you for your kindness. We need more kindness and consideration in this world.

Best service I've gotten in a long time here! Lady taking my order was polite, quick, n thorough. She even washed up n threw on gloves to get my food out quicker as the drive thru line started to back up! Need more employees like her!

I look forward to visiting Bojangles every time I come to NC. I've been to this location probably 100 tones in my life. I'm never disappointed. And I love adding that pimento cheese to my spicy chicken biscuit!! Remember to ask for extra seasoning on their fries!!

Great food and service if you go inside. The drive-thru tends to slack. On seperate occasions they have forgotten my dipping sauce, straws, napkins, and my food was soggy once. Go inside and they are more than happy to help you and if they forget something it is easy to ask. Friendly crew members.

The chicken and biscuits are to die for. We simply love the.chicken. We have eaten here several times and the chicken, biscuits are always hot. The place is always clean and the staff is always polite and helpful.

Always good food! Fries always great and biscuits are probably the best around. Also if you like spicy, their Cajun spicy anything is good!

very friendly staff. I'd highly hands down recommend that you order the homestyle tenders, bo rounds or their fries. they are worth giving a try, even if once.

I just tried their new chicken sandwich and it was absolutely delicious, I recommend every one to try it with season fries, “dirty rice” and a large Mountain Dew! 👍🏽
