My drive thru experience was excellent tonight. The speaker at the drive thru was crystal clear. The sanitation grade was 100%. Jeremy’s service at the window was perfect!

Just wanted to say thank you to Jeremy for being so kind through the drive thru. He was patient with our orders and overall gave a positive attitude. We experienced excellent customer service tonight and although it was busy the team did a great job with our order. Everything was delicious and our order was right.

JEREMY was very polite and all around good guy. Food was hot and fresh. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

This Burger King is very clean and the staff here has been so nice and helpful. Yesterday my daughter has an art show and they congratulated her and gave her a prize. What they didn't know was it's also her birthday tomorrow and they made a special girl very happy this week. Thank you so much guys, y'all are awesome. Everyone was very friendly and catered to our kids upon entering. Food came out in a timely manner and was fresh. I had to take my sandwich back to the counter because the bacon was not cooked to my satisfaction. Now, everyone likes their bacon different so I give them a little slack on that subject. After explaining my issue the team made me a new sandwich which was exactly how I like it. Point is, they made a mistake and they fixed it! Cannot ask for a much better experience!

We were very impressed with the staff, the restaurant and the food. Fast service, very friendly people who seemed like they were happy to help us and wanted our business. The food was served very quickly and with a genuine smile. The order was correct and was very good. Exactly what you expect from a Burger King. We will definitely be back very often.

The new Burger King in Lincolnton was great! We received fast service, freshly prepared food, and were made to feel welcome and appreciated. One young lady in particular, Catherine, was amazing! Her attitude alone will have us returning time after time! She personally made sure we were satisfied with our ordering, our food, and our entire visit. It's rare to find such a caring employee, especially with all the stresses in our world today. We were so thankful we chose Burger King that day!

Came here for breakfast because our usual breakfast place let us down. Was pleasantly surprised with this BK lounge location. We had a few problems working out the app for our order, but a staff member was able to help us with it. The staff was attentive and polite, greeted us, asked how we were and took our order. Food came out quickly and was very good. I had the number 1, sausage egg and cheese croissan’wich and it was slappin. My wife had bacon egg and cheese croissan’wich and loved it as well. Impressed with the staff and the food. Will be coming back for more.

Every time I go inside Burger King they have the best and friendliest staff and I order their high quality food to take home and eat

Opening week was really rough with the long lines, some people didn't get what they wanted, and there is no sign yet, but the food here at this restaurant was nice and fresh. What better way to give 5 stars to this new restaurant. Lincolnton finally did something better to their BK, and I'm hoping this location will succeed much longer and not fail again like the 2 previous locations did. Coming back more often.

I had a good experience here. My food was fresh and good. The staff was friendly. I've seen others say this locations BK isn't good, but with the current employment crisis I have to say I'm impressed! Good job GM!

Usually I have to wait for onion rings, but these were ready right away, also I don't like ketchup and/or mayonnaise on my burger so the cashier asked if I wanted any mustard, which I prefer, but I've never been offered it to me at any Burger King,( I will ask from now on ), so of course I said yes and I dined in and it was overall an enjoyable experience! It's great to have Burger King back in Lincolnton, NC!!

For a newly opened store, this place seems to be doing very well! Despite the drive thru line, they got me thru at a good speed. Food was fresh and fries were perfectly seasoned imo

Quick and easy. The order was correct and the staff was very friendly. I always order something made special and they have never disappointed.
