Just took my jeep gladiator to Max's. I was super stressed thinking my truck was messed up. They made sure everything was fixed and taken care of for me. Will be recommending all my friends to take their vehicles there. Thanks guys. Appreciate yall

My family has been doing business with Max’s since 2001 and we are so thankful to them. Max saved Christmas that year by fixing my dad’s car when it broke down two days before Christmas. We were out of state and my dad was trying to get to us. Max was NOT going to let two kids miss their dad for Christmas. So when we all finally moved here, we took all our cars to Max.

Greg has since taken over for his dad and his dad sure did raise him right. He is just as kind hearted, genuine and hardworking as his father. We will always take our cars to Max’s Auto.

Max auto gives great service and the mechanics have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars.

I’m relocating to Greenville, NC from MD and I needed a reputable business to service my car BMW X2. My mommy lives here in Goldsboro so I decided to look for a BMW technician here since I see so many BMW’s. So online I found Max’s Auto Service with great reviews. I scheduled a service time online and I also called. I spoke with Greg, I took my car to him the same day, he did a diagnostic test on it and explained everything that was needed. I’m not only very happy with the service, this is where I’ll be getting my car serviced going forward. I appreciated how Greg explained everything that was needed for my car after the diagnostic. It’s hard to find reputable BMW technicians and finding Max’s Auto and Greg was definitely one for the books for me.

When I took my car to Max's I told Greg what was going on with my car and he gave me a date and time to drop it off so he could check it out. After I dropped it off he kept me informed about what the problems were and what needed to be done. He was very professional and he had my car ready in a timely manner. I would recommend Max's Auto Service to anyone who wants excellent and professional service.

Greg always finds the problem and fixes it. And explains in non mechanic terms the why and how. When our cars act up, we call him.

I was traveling through Goldsboro, NC, and my car would not start after stopping for lunch. AAA towed it to Greg's business. After much diagnostic work, it was determined to be ignition issues which involved new key programming, etc. There were other issues with the instrument panel. It was near closing time on a Friday, but the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to get it repaired so I could continue my travels. The key programmer (friend of the owner) came back at 8 pm to program a new key. At 9 pm, I left for home three hours away.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this business, and highly recommend them.

Greg is the man. He is wonderful and takes good care of my rover. I travel 2 hours from chapel hill to get him to service my Range Rover. It says a lot for a person that would bypass multiple repair centers

Great service done quickly at a decent price!

We broke down on highway 40 in NC. We were towed to an AAA Certified Service Station. The owner Max, diagnosed our problem and had us back on the road in just over a hour. We also got a lot of information, about our car, from Max. In our opinion Max is the best mechanic we have ever met!

Greg Williams is a awesome mechanic. I had my sons 2001Tahoe towed there because AAA recommended them. Little did I know it was the best decision I could’ve made. He fixed my sons Tahoe where another company told me to junk it and only charged me 1/2 the price the other company wanted for just one thing. Greg was so nice every time I called to check on his progress with the truck. I highly recommend Max’s, I know they have a new customer in me. Thank you so much Greg!!!

I am very picky where I take My wife's Mercedes/Suv and where I take my Mercedes/sedan but I stumbled across Max's Auto Service on Google. (Tons of great reviews) I was very pleased with their customer service, professionalism, knowledge and overall service. Greg was responsive with his quotes, calls and Max's prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!
