I was visiting from Atlanta, Georgia and my tire went out on me just outside of Goldsboro NC. It was a Sunday and most stores were closed, so I had my car towed here and called first thing next Morning. I called and was told my tire wasn't in stock, so they assisted me in ordering one and told me it would be there in the Afternoon (between 2-3). I was working remotely and needed to go to the library up the road to work and the President of the Company gave me a ride to the local library as well as picking me up once my car was ready. The service was done wayyy ahead of time and checked out with my car around 2 PM. The Customer service was excellent, service was fast, and the environment was welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Especially being nice and not taking advantage of someone who is from out of town. They had me back driving and made it back to Atlanta, Georgia safely.

WOW! I stopped in briefly to see about having a tire repaired. I planned on just leaving it for them to repair. However, I was fortunate to have come at the right time because it was repaired, put into my vehicle and the spare placed into my trunk in less than 10 minutes! The service was fast, efficient and very friendly!!

The staff at GTP was amazing. They didn't have the tires I needed when I first got there. They came in later the afternoon of the 26. I made my appointment for the the 27. They are very friendly they come out to explain their findings. They greet you with a smile and send you off knowing you are in great hands and your wallet isn't crumbling from the job that was done. Atmosphere is extremely pleasant. Had a opportunity to chat with owners son. Dad and grandad and family did a real good job. Excellency in every detail, I requested a quote online and followed it up with a call. Asked if I could get same day service and they scheduled me for an appointment. I showed up about 15 minutes early, the really nice lady checked me in and I was no kidding out of there with 4 new tires installed on my Mustang within 40 mintues. The tires were shined up and the ride feels very smooth, I realize now why the reviews here are mostly positive. Great job, keep treating people like family and your sure to have continued success. Very friendly, professional, and best price in town. Their shop is large enough to get you in quickly and the knowledgeable staff performs great work. As another review mentioned, I also experienced them noticing and fixing small issues on my vehicle without even charging extra. I will be a customer as long as I live here.

They were very friendly and took the tires I had and put inner tubes in them and were very reasonably priced great place for your tire needs!!!

Eric was fantastic over the phone he took care of my order. He ordered the tires they were there next day. I dropped me vehicle off and it took about an hour and a half and then my car had a new set of shoes. Eric was very professional and steered me in the right direction so I didn’t pay more than I needed too. I will definitely be going back and sending all my friends there. I had my oil changed and tires rotated this week. The business is clean, professional and friendly. There was plenty of room to "social distance". Great service and good prices. I have been dealing with this business for over 30 years and they remain the best around!!
