Bass Lake Camp Ground

We would like to thank them for our stay last night. Mary met us with a smile, and she was very awesome to speak with. What a great personality she has. What a blessing to arrive and be greeted with her smile and personality. Also thank you for honoring my military service. Many businesses have retreated from this honorable discount. Late night drop in check in was flawless. Very reasonable prices even before the discount. We will be back on our way north.

Love this place as a stopover on our way south to FL. New owner has made many improvements. Great dog park, nice walk around the lake, and the nicest, cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a campground. Clean and quiet. Easy on/off highway, and owner is the nicest guy. It's a regular stop for us each way every year.

Iv been here for over 5 months now for work and it's been a great experience. All the staff has been awesome and the owner Allen is a great guy whos always willing to work with you and help ya out, it's a nice and quite campground with good size sites and iv had zero issues with the hookups. The bathhouse is always clean and the lake is excellent fishing ( biggest bass so far is 6.13 lbs) it's been a pleasure being here and I'll miss the staff and the lake when I'm gone. It's been a 10/10 experience for me and my family when they have come to visit.

Loved this RV park. It is beautiful and great location! The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the washers/dryers. It takes multiple times to dry and there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers so takes a very long time to do laundry.

Great RV park. My wife stayed here while she worked in Lumberton NC as a travel nurse. She felt safe the entire time. Allan is a great host. He is clear about the rules, friendly, and is constantly working to keep the place up. The bathrooms are spotless and there are improvements being made all over the park. When we are in the area, we will always stay at Bass Lake!!

Nice little park. Great place to overnight or to stay a little longer. Lots of history in this general area. The race track is nearby as well if you want to check that out. Park owner was friendly as well and helpful as to answering any questions we might have or making sure that we knew how things worked as we pulled into our site.
Grounds were well looked after and the restrooms were nice and clean.
My wife and I stayed here for one night in a Sprinter based Class C. We would definitely return.

Very clean, neat, convenient (especially to 95). Good WiFi connections. Level, pull through site with full connections. And view of the lake.

Great little campground. Extremely convenient and they have a moonlight rate for travelers arriving late and leaving early the next day. Easy to manuveur our 36 ft 5er. Great spots for pulling in late at night. Alan was very pleasant and cared about the long term future of the campground.

We have been stopping here at Bass Lake for 8 yrs. We have always found this campground to be very inviting. Definetly one of our favorites . Just found out today that the campground will be under new managment when we come back on our way to Florida. We will miss Julie and Guy they have made us welcome every time we have been here...God bless them in their travels.

First off Allen is very friendly and accommodating. Campground very small and quaint. We arrived late and left early the next morning so didn't get a chance to scope out the lake. Spot D03 held our 42ftr with problem. Camper was level while still hooked up. Will stop again to break the trip up.

This is the best campsite that I've ever been to in South Carolina. It may be the only one but the fact is it was very relaxing and peaceful. Very friendly, family run campsite. I also had the privilege to meet to best cat in the world as I was checking in!!! Will definitely stay again!

Called when on the road and they were very accommodating. 1 day turned into 5 as we were so comfortable there. Owner, Wife and all personnel were very professional and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This is my favorite Camp Ground out of eight so far. We stayed early December. The laundry and shower facilities were clean and working great. Other campers were friendly. Staff member Debbie was super awesome, and helpful!

This was our 4th stay there. It's nice ,not too large. Has changed owners as of a few months back. I kind of miss how they use to take you to your site and make sure you were satisfied with it,an they were more then happy to relocate you if you weren't. It's quiet an clean.

Alan, Jennifer, and staff sre very helpful and accommodating, very friendly. Bass Lake campground is family owned and treat you like family. We're here until we finda house and settle on it. It's a small campground but has plenty of room between sites. Great Job!

This was such a beautiful and convenient campground close to 95. We made a reservation on the same day as we arrived and Allan was so kind to work with. The camp sites were easy to pull in and out of. If we are traveling by again, we'll be sure to stop. Thank you!

Love it here happen to find this when we were evacuated from Myrtle beach during Hurricane Matthew . And
then never knew I would be spending 6 months here and believe me you cant find a quiet and very clean park like this . It gets better then that the owners are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
I Will cry when I leave from here and that's because owners and staff make you feel like its home.

Awesome place to stay, one of my favs for sure! Wonderful & friendly owners, plus pet friendly. Clean and neat campground and immaculate bathrooms! Right of 95, easy in/out. Spacious camp sites. Great place to stop and relax.

With a little shop and some awesome camp hosts this made a perfect pit stop. There are ants so watch your toes but just off the highway, easy road access and coffee in the mornings it was the recharge we needed.
