Karen Washburn is by far the most unbelievable loan officer I've ever done business with. She was very attentive and accommodating. She was extremely honest and up front and worked hard to get me the best deal. Will definitely do business with her again.

I have always been reluctant to deal with banks for some reason but all that has changed since becoming a member at TTCU. Not one but all the Tellers greet me by name and solve any issues I may have.Jodi and Karen, The Financial Counselors are amazing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you all so much!

Holly at the main branch is amazing! I have not been more satisfied with customer service, especially when it comes to dealing with my money! I've been with TTCU for about 3 years or so I've only had to go in a couple times but they have helped me every time in the most professional manner. Thank you!

**update** (2 stars to 4 stars.) I spoke with member relations as recommended by the business reply to my comment. Problem solved. On hold for 15 minutes. But worth the wait. They were able to email me my lien release as well as mail an extra copy for safe keeping. I finally got my lien release today, which is all I've been wanting for some time now. Great customer service as usual. Just wish the experience had been better the 1st time around.

Payments towards an auto loan were convenient and easy to do. However my loan has been paid off for several months now and I have yet to recieve the lien release, even after 3 requests have been made. I have been told it's been mailed. I've yet to see it in the mail, and I've been checking it thoroughly. Frustrating 😡

I do not have an account here but I did talk to them about a mortgage on my house and they took the time to talk to me and told me not to go with them would be in my best interest and I actually have a way better rate with state farm. although this is probably not the case for most mortgages as mine was a special case they were nice enough to be honest and make some calls and get the best situation for me to go with.
