Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Hooked up the device to tell us what was wrong with our vehicle and why our check engine light was on, gave them a code, we bought the part and had it fixed. Great GREAT service!

Great customer service, usually got what I need in stock if not they have it their in the afternoon or latest the next day. Prices are ok, I mean you can find parts cheaper on the web but then you have to wait a few days and most times you need it right then, unfortunately no price match for prices on the web, but will price match with other auto parts stores in town, also will give Veterans discount.

Tonight, we blew our heater valve in the 6.0 on our way home from the lake. Limped it into O'Reilly's, not expecting them to have what we need. But Jacob was so helpful!! They had the part and everything else we needed. The guys were just doing their job, but they made a horrible situation not so horrible just because they were kind!! thank you!!!

More knowledgeable than. Other auto parts stores. They are more than willing to help the customer replace or fix what they need.

Easy and convenient store to get to, especially if your getting your car worked on at Vance Ford or another local garage. We use O'Riley for most all our parts.
