Top notch service. Great communication. Called ahead before arriving per our request. Cleaned and inspected the fireplace & chimney. Showed us how to use fireplace properly and maintain it (new home purchase). Tyler is the MVP & deserves a raise. Tyler did not pay me to say that.

My two employees for whom I purchased the beautiful pellet burning stoves are so happy with them and raved about the service of Miami Fireplace personnel. Nisa, Michael, Tim, and Tyler are all so professional and do amazing jobs! Nisa helped us plan as we started with a blank space and the guys installed a beautiful gas log fireplace! All three trips were scheduled and the guys were always on time, always communicating, and always respectful of our property. We couldn’t be more pleased with the process and our new fireplace! Right from my first visit to the store everyone was extremely helpful. Ellis just finished the install. He is extremely professional & very knowledgeable. I am happy with the whole process.

I had asked Ellis if MF&S could/would assist me with installing a new gas double stacked commercial oven for our Elementary School. Not only did they help with the installation but helped me remove the old double unit. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very quick and efficient service and very client oriented.
