Manager was extremely outgoing very helpful and had a great attitude.

Had issues with transferring my number over to at&t from straight talk. They worked 2 days on getting transfered because straight talk was making it difficult to transfer the number. AT&T Reps at the Miami store stayed at to fix my problem. Thank you so much

Went to Miami store and got a new phone and while there I was told about Directtv and how much I could save on TV by using direct TV over what I was currently using. After receiving the box for direct tv Amanda came to my home to help me set up the system she even did it 2 times as the internet would not connect te first time. The workers at that store are knowledledgeable and very customer service oriented.Amanda is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Love this store location! Cassandra was very polite and very patient with me. Love all of her tattoos and piercings! Shows individuality and I love being able to see a company that doesn't shun away from people with tattoos and piercings. Will definitely go to Cassandra for anything I need!! Very very very sweet girl.

I LOVE this place! I was in town visiting for the holidays was in a panic with a broken phone!!! Employees are so nice and very knowledgeable on products! The lady was super helpful with all my questions! Thank you!!!!.

Janna Clark was totally awesome today while I was purchasing a new IPhone XS Max. She ended up talking me into buying a wireless charger, then I decided to get an otter box and she talked me into a glass screen protector and even installed it for me. I’m glad I drove the 60 miles to the store instead of purchasing online. The customer service was top notch and I appreciate everything she helped me with, especially the accessories. I’ve been an AT&T customer since it was Cingular… Connor and Heather provided excellent customer service!!! Extremely polite and patient… witnessed interactions with several other customers, from teenager to senior, while we were waiting for data to transfer to new phone and can’t think of one way they could’ve improved. Simply the BEST AT&T experience ever ( and I’ve had many lol)

Honestly I hate going to the phone store cause it’s such a pain but Amanda make it such a genuine experience! To the point where I am gonna come in and pay my phone bill in person from now on.

Yesterday I went into the AT&T store in Miami, Ok to upgrade my phone & purchase some accessories. I was greeted by Connor who was very helpful, but he had another customer he was helping. Since he knew I was on my lunch & only had an hour he referred me to come back in after work & his manager Katrina would help me. So I returned to the store after work & sure enough I was greeted right away by Katrina who took care of everything for me & helped me get all that I needed. She was helpful, informational & went above & beyond to help me. I appreciate Connor & Katrina so much & I LOVE my new phone. Thank you AT&T.
