Amazing iced caramel macchiato & caramel ribbon crunch frap! The line gets long here, but it’s worth. My dog says the pup cups are paws-itively delicious.

they have the best Starbucks' cups to pick from! they even have several different straw packs. they were very fast with my order & kind.

The people are always very friendly inside behind the counter which is very nice.

I asked for water and they obliged. I also asked for coffee and they made it. I was satisfied for a while. But my insatiable thirst for coffee will once again drive me to another location. I wish my uncle was still alive so we could talk about tall girls. Great coffee though. Would recommend to any senior citizen or any healthy bodies person I guess. I love the smell of the inside.

It didn't take long at all to get my order & the girl working the drive-thru was super sweet. It's always top service there.

Always fast, correct, and delicious! The drive through employees are always on top of it, and happy to lend a helping hand when ordering if needed. I've been to this location more often than any other and can personally vouch for their consistency and punctuality.

On vacation and my sister and I decided to stop by and grab a coffee. We love Starbucks and were excited to see one on the way to our destination. We were met with a lovely, cozy store with excellent service. Our coffees were delicious! Thanks Starbucks for creating special little moments. ☕

I went here with my boyfriend who has never had Starbucks and we got two drinks, and they were wonderful and the people servicing us were so kind. We also expected it to be fairly busy as it’s a late Saturday morning but we waited no longer than five minutes for everything. The man a the window was very kind and had great customer service. Our drinks were very good too and honestly kinda pretty lol. Overall my boyfriend was impressed so thank you guys for helping me win his heart and now I can get starbies whenever.

Cashier in the drive-thru was courteous and friendly.

I love this location it's close to home for me and Dre always does an amazing job and gets my order exactly right! Very nice employees with really great attitudes both pleasant and kind and everybody has a smile on their face! It's nice to walk into an establishment and feel like you're not ruining somebody's day all because they don't want to be at their job. I don't know how Starbucks assembled this location group of people but they really are hard workers and they really go above and beyond!

Pretty standard Starbucks but as with any chain, it's the staff that make the difference. I've never had an unpleasant experience with the staff at this store. They're always polite and friendly. Heck, even down right funny. They brighten my day not just by being the makers of coffee which I so desperately need but also by being pleasant humans.

Judy (I believe she is the manager) is one of the most amazing managers I've seen in action. I work in retail as a store manager as well, and it is refreshing to see good quality managers out there. Thanks for all that you do, and always remembering me as a customer. It really goes a long way, and someone taught you well.

I love going to the lenoir city Starbucks! Everytime I go the same guy is always at the window and he speaks and is engaging and always has a smile on his face. I'm not say that the others are not friendly, I just have not had an experience with them yet. But this young man needs a pat on the back for a well job done. I have never had a bad experience and my order is always ready when I get to the window.

Amazing staff, they have gotten to know my daughter and I very well. I've only had 1 drink not taste right and they fixed it no question asked. I can't say enough about how amazing the staff is. Ms. Judy is always nice to talk to. Love love the staff here.

Clean, well-designed Starbucks. I enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and iced chai with my colleague today and everything was great. Bathrooms were also clean.

Excellent staff who greet you by name if you are a frequent customer. The manager has trained the baristas well. They are efficient and motivated to make your beverage the way you like it and your visit an enjoyable experience.
