Customer service was awesome and had pretty much everything I was looking for... love the sale going on at the time.

Love this store in general! Brianna is one of the nicest customer service rep at the Rice Lake store! Very friendly, always smiling and has knowledge of the products! She's one of your stars! Give her a raise and a bonus!

Went there to check out the new scents and were delighted with the guidance given to us by Richard! He helped us pick out scents that are now our favorites, just by learning what types of fragrances we liked. He was so dedicated to ensuring we found just the right items, without being intrusive. It was fun and we got some amazing new products and great deals!

If you know when to go they have great deals. Very helpful staff and friendly

This is an extremely nice store to go to! It’s in a very small mall but if you prefer a quieter setting than the average mall this is the place to go to! I have not had any problems with products or staff and I would definitely go here again! The one thing I will point out (that is most likely out of this stores control and more so the mall itself) is that the Saturday hours are very bizarre as they close at 6. Otherwise you will be able to go here until 8 during the week (and 5 on Sundays)

Nice store there st7ff is wonderful. May be pricey, but they do have good deals at times or around Christmas time especially for deals.

Everyone is very friendly. It's a small store in a small mall. They weren't pushy but there if you needed them.
