Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

Everyone was so nice and welcoming here! We really enjoyed our stay. We were always greeted with friendly conversations and nice gestures. The room was beautiful, they let us pick the floor we wanted as well. 100/10!
The woman Monday was very sweet and helpful when we woke up and came to get breakfast.

We were here for a two-day business trip, and this place was perfect. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. I don't recall the lady who checked us in, but she made us laugh after a long day of travel. Monday, the young lady at the Bistro Breakfast Bar made us smile both mornings. Her energy and smile are radiant! The manager checked on us each time he walked through the lobby while we were working. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic service and hospitality from the time we arrived (at 1am) till the time we departed! Always a sincere friendly greeting and assistance offered with everything. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels in various states throughout the years, this Marriott Courtyard Nashville Green Hills is the top (#1) for hospitality by far! Everyone we encountered from front desk personnel, the Bistro, housekeepers, maintenance man, coffee bar etc. were so pleasant and just a breath of fresh air! As far as the location goes, just perfect for us. Near all, but situated in a nice quiet area. The layout of the hotel and courtyard was so inviting and relaxing. Felt like a huge open living room with many areas for privacy and it came in handy when my son, daughter in law and grandson came to visit us there. The room was very comfortable with nice quality beds and had a nice view of the courtyard. We were surprised how quiet it was. We really enjoyed the nice pool up on the roof. Large enough for me to get my laps in. All in all, a real winner! I would highly recommend it to anyone that loves great service/hospitality in a clean, friendly environment. A BIG Thank you to the whole team at Marriott Nashville Green Hills for making our 1 week stay so wonderful!

This hotel met every need my family and I had during a medical trip to the MS clinic At Vanderbilt. The staff, every staff member I spoke to since arriving, went above and beyond to meet our needs and even extended courtesy to us in a time of need. My daughters medical journey has not been an easy one but encounters such as this one shines a little hope and encouragement to us. That is greatly appreciated. Thank you again!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend visit to Nashville while visiting family that lived over an hour away. I must say I am quite impressed with this Courtyard! The room was clean and spacious and the A/C worked great. We did not utilize the restaurant or cafe but noticed other people did. We had planned on going to explore Nashville and doing some sight seeing on Saturday but the temperatures were in the low 90s so opted to stay and enjoy the rooftop pool instead. It's not everyday you see the outdoor pool on the roof and it was much nicer than the neighboring hotel's pool that was under a garage. The pool area was spacious and had plenty of seating and tables. We did have to ask for towels to be brought up, but that was an easy fix.

The garage was a tight squeeze to get into but really we should have just parked on the street and saved the money. Something for us to remember next time. The bathroom in the room looked new and modern which a spacious shower and everything we needed. We did not bring our dog on this trip but did notice other guests did bring their pets (always great to meet a friendly dog!). The hotel does have a small pet relief area we astro turf and a water bowl attached to a house. The area seemed log enough to be able to throw a ball for your dog to run up and down if that's something you wanted to do.

Overall, a great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Greeted me everytime i walked through the door. They have that Southern Hospitality here at this location. Rooms were clean and comfy. What more can someone ask for? Thank you team for treating me like family.. I will be back!!..

There are not enough stars to relate how fantastic this location is. The new GM has taken the reigns and is turning it into a first class destination. The staff is incredible, very polite and knowledgeable about the local area and city of Nashville. 24 hour fitness center, 2 pools, restaurant and bar, etc. Our room was incredible, beds were comfortable and anything we needed was given. Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Nashville.

Very nice comfortable rooms. I love using the app for check out. Entrance was a little hard for Uber drivers to find, but I think that might be because of construction. Food served in the conference room was excellent.

This is a hidden little gem. Courtney was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. There were a couple of minor problems but Courtney worked with Mark and they both took care of the issues. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. It is within walking distance of Green Hills Mall which has several choices of restaurants. Starbucks is at the mall along with a movie theatre. The outside patio has an adorable water fountain and a brick fire pit. The fitness room was open 24 hours and it had everything I needed. The pool on the roof top was absolutely relaxing an a romantic space for a bottle of wine in the evening. The bistro was quaint and offered drinks and a small but delicious menu. Overall I do think that Marriott needs to address some “wear and tear” issues but they did not affect our stay. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, there were plenty of linens. It was parents weekend at our daughters college and when we arrived to pick her up she was sick. Vanderbilt Walk In Clinic was around the corner along with Walgreens. This was a perfect stay for her to relax, unwind and heal just in time for classes on Monday. Also, the lobby area and the rooftop areas provided space for my husband to work. We will be back next month to visit our daughter and stay at this little gem! Thanks again to Courtney and Mark!

I had the pleasure of staying at this location for a full week and was blessed enough to get to know plenty of staff members and each and everyone that I've encountered always had a smile on their face, always willing to help in any way, and went above and beyond! This location is located near a ton of restaurants, a huge shopping mall, and has a stunning rooftop pool! I absolutely loved and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will be back! Special shout out to George (GM), Nicole (DOS), Ashtan, Keith, and Melissa (bistro), Yolie, (Exec), and LaToya (FD Supervisor) You all were so kind and made my stay that much better!

I always stay at the Courtyard Green Hills when I'm in Nashville - great location and friendly staff. On my last work trip, I had a staff member, Damien, go truly above and beyond. I forgot my phone charger at home and was scrambling to buy one before my meetings, and asked at the front desk if there was one I could borrow. Damien lent me his personal phone charger so I didn't have to buy one and let me borrow it for the duration of my stay - he truly saved the day! So grateful to have such exceptional staff at this hotel. Will continue to be my first choice of place to stay on future trips to Nashville! Thank you, Damien!!

I've been sent to Nashville from Charleston four times in the last two months, and each time I have stayed at this location (ranging from 4 nights to 10 nights).
I've truly enjoyed my stay here. It can be lonely traveling alone for work, but they're very accommodating. The attendants at the front desk are quick to help with any concerns and Isaiah immediately recognized me when I checked in for my latest visit. Great memory! Fantastic service.

This particular location is very convenient and also a hidden gem, I had to ride around twice because I missed it at first lol. The parking is nice the aesthetics of the hotel is nice and my room was nice and comfy. I really can't speak on the amenities because I didn't utilize them, but I do know that I rested well. I hope to visit with you all soon!

Great place to stay! Staff was friendly both at concierge and bistro. Beautiful location. I didn’t use the pool on the roof but went up for a look. Nice view with ample and inviting seating arrangement. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food I ordered at the bistro. I ordered a burger and fries. Both were fresh and more in quantity than I could eat.
I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m in Nashville.

The most awesome Courtyard we have ever stayed at..everything beautiful, clean, service was great at bar, front desk people were incredibly helpful..can’t say enough good things about this hotel!!!

Very nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Beautiful lobby. Nice room with a view of the courtyard. This was a short drive to downtown Nashville but saved hundreds per night. 💰💰

The best hotel I have ever stayed in!!!! The staff was amazing and the rooms were spacious. The rooms and hallways were very clean. This is a great hotel to bring your family or to get away! It is close to the mall and many great restaurants. There is a pool on the roof that is gorgeous. They have a bistro in the lobby that has Starbucks. They also have a little snack shop in the lobby. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby and courtyard are striking. Courtyard had a roaring fire, lobby soaring ceilings and beautiful comfortable furniture. Rooms were tasteful and clean. The only downside is I would've appreciated a more substantial in-hotel restaurant (what they have is lighter fare like salad and sandwiches). Staff were helpful. Location was great for us (15 min. from downtown) while since not being downtown it had more accessible pricing. Location feels somewhat private. I would definitely stay here again. My mother who I was traveling with said this would be her first choice if we ever were in town again. Simply beautiful.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are excellent and the staff is friendly. The food was a little salty during my visit.
