It's such a cool place to visit. My wife and I decided to each lunch inside the store at a grill. Service was great here and at Nordstrom.

My 5 stars are all for an associate named Britton. If anyone is in the need of an amazing SA, this is your guy! I almost want to gate-keep but that’s rude. This guy will find exactly what you’re looking for all while being super cool, and charismatic. I will only be shopping with him for now on. Oh and Nordstrom, if you’re reading this, have Britton bring the others up to speed in customer relations. This is the type of service people want and need! Truly a luxury experience with this top quality human being!

I come here for the Jack Black mens toiletries. Also they have a wonderful shoe section if you want to splurge on a nice pair. The employees are always so helpful. Parking can be frustrating during peak hours but w that’s to be expected. And I do like that there is a parking garage.

I cannot say enough great things about Bethany in cosmetics! I've been using the same makeup for years and it doesn't match my skin tone anymore. Beth found me the perfect foundation for my skin type and color. I also struggle with powdered eyeshadow and she showed me how to do an easy natural eyeshadow with Bobbi Brown and Mac cream eye shadows. If you are also in need of makeup help, find Bethany. She's amazing!

Very good shopping experience here (1st timer), and it went well! Nice clothing selection (mens) and I also stopped in the men's fragrance area and was helped by a young lady (Asia) and was very helpful and equally knowledgeable of her job! I had a great experience and will be back to purchase the cologne I was directed toward (will not tell what it is, lol). Great shopping experience and will be returning to spend more money! 😊

I wanted to leave a good word on Felicia, the lady who was working the Tom Ford counter, she was amazing. I came in earlier today after noon to look for a new summer scent. Right away she recommended me a scent and I loved it and purchased it. The whole interaction was lovely and she was very kind. It is hard to get good service at Green Hills as a young woman as most people try to serve more adults to receive more commission. But she treated us amazing which is why I felt bad that I had to return the perfume. Unfortunately, the perfume did not smell the same once I opened it as I got home. I was able to return it and she was still very helpful and kind to us. I will be returning back and purchasing in the future because of her and with her! I got her name from the receipt but if that is not her name I apologize! Either way, she’s awesome and kind!

Called and talked to sales clerk looking for a ladies blazer that had been advertised on The Today Show on NBC… the clerk went above and beyond, after checking her inventory, she walked over to another department to see if it might have been put on their sales rack… unfortunately it was out of stock. At this busy time of year, this lady certainly shows the spirit of Christmas ( and probably year round).

This Nordstrom location is solid! All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even let me try on Creed Adventis on while I shopped around the store. I had a harbor jacket tailored hear and their was one loose thread so I brought it back. The staff was super helpful and happy to fix promptly.

Attached is a photo of me in the jacket before and after it was tailored. I had no idea you can tailor puffer jackets and it's amazing! Highly recommend it!

Wonderful! Nordstrom did not disappoint. I enjoy visiting this store because they have the best selection of designer cosmetics and apparel but more importantly, excellent service. Everyone is always willing to assist you and I get a good vibe when I walk through the store. Btw, the YSL counter staff was outstanding.

In the cosmetics department... the employees there LOVE their jobs. They exude excitement about the products they sell which made our shopping experience the best ever. I had an item shipped to my home. Not only did I get my item, I got a treasure trove of amazing samples. There's nothing more fun than receiving more than you expected. I felt like it was my birthday but moreso I am appreciative of the fact that were thankful for my purchase.

Daniel C. was so kind and helpful as I searched for some running shoes this evening. He pulled a few pairs for me to try on, was super efficient and patient, and even helped me decide on the best pair for my needs. Always wonderful to have an above and beyond customer service experience, and Nordstrom's pricing and selection were great as well. Thanks for an awesome experience Daniel!

Sucks I don’t remember the 3 associates that help my family but they delivered great customer service and I don’t think it could’ve got any better than it was. They took initiative into helping my son find the right shoe and size for his birthday and he left out with a smile from ear to ear! Even one guy recommended a sweater to match the shoes and put it away for us to gone back and get the next day. Also, they made fire to guide us in the right direction and area of the store to find what we wanted instead of just pointing and giving verbal directions for us to find ourselves! Great job on choosing the right candidates for this store! We will most definitely become regulars! Thank you!

Nice store at the Green Hills Mall near Nashville, TN. There's even a coffee shop for those that like to shop with a nice latte in their hand! Escorted by the world's best drummer, I met three nice employees in the accessories department. While there, checked out some trendy Ray-Ban sunglasses. 😎 Will be back another day.
