Fast quick friendly service. Only thing I don't like,which I think Is a company thing as other journeys does this, is when it's stated that a specific shoe is wanted in a specific size the associate will bring out that shoe with 4 or 5 others they "think you may like". I get it eliminates running back and forth to the back for some customers, but if I'm set on a shoe that is what I want.

To the store owners: whoever was working on Saturday 4/25 about 11 am, that girl is a Rockstar. She was helping 3 or 4 customers when we walked in, while making us feel noticed. She helped us out, explained the ordering online as you didn't have my size. 10/10 would hire this girl if I needed an
employee.

Bought a pair of Dr Martens for my daughter for Christmas only to find we had one size 6 and one size 7- pretty disappointing. Had to order directly from Dr Martens.

I would give them less stars if I could. Policies change depending upon who you talk to within minutes. They blank stare for mistakes they make. NEVER go here. Journeys all over the planet are so much better.
