Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

I’ve had to stay in Green Hills twice for a total of 12 nights. Once in early Feb and the second trip is going on now! I was excited to come back and stay at this property. The staff is very friendly and Maxine has helped check me in early both times. She’s great! The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel in general is very nice and clean. Quick walking distance to the Green Hills mall and other nice shopping areas and restaurants.

We used this hotel for our room block for our wedding December 2022. They did an outstanding job hosting over 20 of us. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and many of us were able to check in early. The staff was great and welcoming toward us. They even gave my husband and I a small gift as a congrats to our wedding. Thanks you Residence Inn Team for making our wedding weekend so special!

Overall it’s a good hotel. Fairly new and very clean. Breakfast is better than average and the parking garage allows very quick access to the rooms, so it’s convenient. Very quick access to the green hills mall and it’s a short drive or Uber to the downtown area.

Only negative for us was, we showed up at 5 PM to check in and were told our room wasn’t ready still. This was a bit annoying, but other than that, it was a good stay.

The hotel was clean, room was clean, beds super comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome because they actually have gluten free and dairy free options (oat milk). The location was awesome for us and its within walking distance to the mall, shops and restaurants. Parking is extra per day but honestly,, we didn't mind because it was safe, covered in a parking garage and convient. The area is super pretty and we felt very safe. Its not far from Opryland area and other areas of interest. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

PS-People complain of the room not being cleaned everyday but it wasn't an issue for us as we keep things tidy. It has become common for most hotels not to clean everyday unless you ask for it. We had extra trash but we were just responsible and took it out. If you ask for towels they are very accommodating.

Super excited to review this amazing place. I recommend them highly. Awesome service with friendly staff. Easy safe parking. Super clean with a huge TV, bed and cool kitchenette. I have to say I will be staying here in the very near future. Just because I had an amazing stay. Two thumbs way way up!!

Maxine was amazing and very helpful when it came to helping me during my stay. I was here for 2 weeks and I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality! This is the place to stay if you’re coming to Nashville!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The bathroom was very well designed and laid out, especially the shower, which had really good pressure and the fan was quiet, but worked well. We didn’t use the little kitchen in our room but it was there and clean. The employees were welcoming and willing to help us with anything we needed.

This hotel located just behind the Green Hills mall is a wonderful hotel. The 1 Bedroom Suites are modern, spacious and well appointed. The parking which is more and more of a challenge in Nashville is super convenient at this hotel. The parking garage with direct entry onto the hotel floor makes it easy to park and get to your room. The in and out privileges making it easy to come and go using just your room access key. The area has sidewalks to walk your dog. Staff was friendly and it was a good value.

This was the absolute best hotel! Their customer service was fantastic and made my family feel like home when we stayed for 5 weeks for work!!

First off I want to thank all the employees and especially the supervisor and manager of the hotel. They Went out their way to Decorate my room for my birthday as a surprise for me!!!!! What a great way to start off my birthday weekend! The hotel is very clean and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. Are you worrying if the pictures with the same in person? No worries the rooms the hotel lobby with even better in person

Great visit to this dog friendly hotel. We stayed here for a few nights with our dogs. It was relatively easy to take our dogs in and out to do their business, though there are no clearly designated areas for them. Other than that i LOVE the staff, the gym, our room, breakfast, pool, etc. Highly recommended.

Very well maintained clean rooms with a fairly large refrigerator and a small kitchenette. Breakfast was yummy and filling and had a huge variety of food to choose from .

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was good. The parking garage offers easy access to rooms. The location is within walking distance of a mall, theater, and food.

We had a mix-up in our reservation. Yendi handled it so gracefully and I am truly appreciative. Great customer service. Thank you!

Mr. Andrew runs a squared away business. This hotel sets the bar for Marriott in hospitality services. Clean, well maintained and outstanding service from it's staff. Every room is the Penthouse, outdoor pool and huge patio area that includes chef grade outdoor grill. Definitely will be back! Lisa will welcome you in with a smile. A must to visit

We had a great experience staying here. The pack and play was set up and ready when we got there. The room was clean. We liked how the parking garage was connected to the floor we were staying in. Overall great stay!

Travis was amazing and took great care of us. The facilities were well maintained and very nice. We had a minor maintenance problem with our first room and were switched rooms no problems. Parking was a breeze. Military, family friendly.

I stayed at this hotel after I was displaced by the tornado that struck middle Tennessee. The staff was amazing and even helped us after we lost one of our two cats (which we ultimately found). Sydney C. and Nicky in particular went above and beyond in helping us out both with the missing pet situation and extending our stay. They also continued to check-in with us to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Nashville area.

Very happy to have stayed here. It was pleasant and so was the staff. I loved having the little amenities as if I was home. I loved having the parking off of my floor.
