I have not had a better haircut in Nashville. Justin was awesome and kept the conversation going throughout the cut without it feeling forced. Whole experience was great! Will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! Ever since I moved to Nashville, I’ve struggled to find a good barber. And then I found this place! Good, ol fashioned, and no frills; I’ve enjoyed every haircut and conversation with the guys.

I will always drive 30+ minutes for this Barber Shop. Bradley is the man to see. Always a great experience when I’m there!

Great experience. Cool atmosphere. The apprentice cut my hair and did a wonderful job. After I left and studied it more closely in the parking lot, I went back in and he was happy to give me a minor adjustment to my liking.

Best spot in Nashville for a man to get a great cut. Old School style barbershop with a crew of young professionals keeping true to the craft. I wont go anywhere else since i found this spot.

Every barber here is so professional, kind, and a great hang. The hospitality is on point, keeping the classic barbershop camaraderie while providing a modern, masculine edge. Love this place and it's always a pleasure to walk in the shop.

The barber Dave Gedman is the man. The man is an artist, friendly, fast but puts a lot of attention to detail. I have been to many expensive barber shops but this one has reasonable prices and still produces the best results.

First off, this is a true barbershop. All are welcome and the conversation alone is worth the trip.

Bradley is an artist with the shears but also can go deep on any comic lore you like.

Overall you can’t go wrong. These guys have earned my respect as humans and I respect their craft. Don’t mess around with barbershops that don’t employ actual barbers (ask your current shop - there’s a difference).

Have a flat top which is a tough cut for most. Dave did an awesome job! He is truly a master barber! Great shop; good conversations even though I was the oldest in there! Highly recommend for the discriminating guy who demands perfection! Thanks Dave!

This is, hands down, the best barber shop in Nashville. I truly didn’t know what a good haircut was until I met Chris Salazar. The shop has a great Inclusive atmosphere. I have had my hair cut by several of the barbers and am never disappointed. Love this place!!!!

Huge fan of Forty Ten! It's a fantastic shop with excellent customer service and talented and kind barbers. I've had my hair cut by several of the guys (Ryan, Chris, Abishai) and am always pleased. My work schedule is such that I can't get away during regular business hours. So, I love that Forty Ten has extended hours in the evening. I've had my hair cut as late as 9pm! That's dedication on their part. They are always very professional and nice. Highly recommend!

This is the best Barbershop in town. I’ve been a client since I’ve moved to Nashville two years ago and I refuse to let anyone else cut my hair. I’m a regular to David or Ryan, but they are all skilled. You won’t regret becoming a client. They have an online booking platform that makes it so easy to book ahead and see what is open. This place is LEGIT.

So, where do I begin? Oh yeah, I had to go to Ohio for a wedding event and went to a friend's barber to get a cheap, quick cut. Well, I left that place without paying for the haircut cause he butchered me up pretty bad. I was in a tight spot, and the only place open with availability was Forty Ten. I made an appointment and was scheduled with Chris. He asked me what happened and set a clear expectation that he will try his best to fix the hack job that took place before him seeing me. He made it a point to turn me away from the mirror while he was working, and when I was done, he turned me around, and I was simply blown away by how good my hair turned out. I went about my day and went to my event. Fast forward a couple of months, I got a Christmas gift certificate from my mother for a pretty popular barbershop in town that is named after a Forrest animal rhymes with Goose (M). Well, I made the mistake of going there and once again was JACKED up and still made to pay for my haircut. I once again went back to the Forty Block and saw Chris. Once again, Chris saved the day, and I looked on point like non-point! Both of these occurrences took place about 2.5 years ago, and ever since then, I will only go to Forty Ten Barbers and see my guy Chris. He is friendly, professional, timely, and will always ask you what you’re feeling and make any suggestions accordingly as he sees fit in his expert eyes. I will always follow Chris to make sure I get the best cut possible.

Saw Abishai today and it was one of the best haircuts I've gotten. Very detail oriented. Everyone there is cool and does great as well. Definitely recommend this place!

This shop is awesome! all the Barbers here are great at their Craft. Not only will you get the best cut/shave from here you will also have a great conversation with all the guys in the shop. Super cool guys, with a laid back atmosphere.

I have been getting my haircut here for over 2 years now and have yet to have the same barber twice. If you're looking for a classic barbershop feel, conversations you can't find during normal public interactions, this is your place. It blows my mind someone would have an issue with their customer service, as they are all extremely honest and straight forward. You can trust they will be up front and to the books, with any potential hiccup being delivered clearly throughout the appointment reservation process. The only time I did not love my haircut, the barber asked me, "Are you sure? That is really short" twice.

I legitimately might’ve gotten the best haircut I’ve ever had here. Dave was phenomenal, true artist with the clippers. The other dudes seemed very nice as I listened to their conversations. Just a genuinely pleasant experience and an amazing cut. 10/10 I will be back.

It's a chill place with a lot of easy-going barbers. The place is always clean and nonjudgmental. I have never been displeased with the outcome, and Nick has always done right by me in a big way. Best barber shop in Nashville for the talent and the relaxed vibe as far as I'm concerned.
