Hilton Nashville/Green Hills

Hotel was nice, had everything you need. Rooms very nice, nice views .

Lots of construction going on across the street affect everything. Especially driving in parking.

Though big project going up across the street the noise was not bad.

Self parking was $35 which was odd. Valet was indicated on the website but did not exist.

But when it comes to location they've got it. Right across the street from Green hills mall. About a hundred yards.

Great environment, layout, and area. Great parking system but make sure you have the key to get out of the garage or else you have to pay now as far as the room was Great comfy and the bathroom was FLAWLESS my favorite part was the shower i only stayed there for one night but it was a great hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 2x. I have to say that the front desk staff is very patient and friendly. The rates were pretty good. The bed was nice and comfortable. Rooms were clean, but there weren't many towels. We were told housekeeping would attend to us, but an engineer or maintenance person had to attend to us. They said they were short staffed. Why would management do that when there was an event going on with over 100 people attending? Regardless, it's a great location and close to the mall. I will most likely come again.

Classic Hilton in a great location. Our experience was great from check-in to check-out. The hotel is well decorated and feels classy. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The executive lounge is cozy with a great host who’ll take care of you. While it’s not open on weekends, diamond member gets a $15 food credit for Sat & Sun. Overall, solid choice in Green Hills.

Front Desk Staff member Randy was very accommodating. She also recommended the "Best" Hamburger in Nashville. Green Hills Pub and Grill 5 Star!

The Peach Cobbler, along with the Fruit Tea! Oops! I digress. The Hotel was awesome, lobby seating was perfect! Ladies are you ready for this........The Mall is directly across the street! 🤣 All the upscale stores you want. This Mall is huge! My wife has already scheduled a Women's overnight trip........🥰

5 stars if for nothing else but the front desk staff, they were friendly, efficient, and capable. Also, the person we spoke with over the phone to make the reservation was great. You just don't find this level of service and capability anymore.

Beautiful inside. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Doors are non-locking on the bathroom in the room. Not good for family travel.

To top off this being a great place to stay, I accidentally left my suit in my room after checkout. I didn't notice it was gone until I needed it a month later. I called them cleaning staff and they found it and held onto it for me! They even shipped it back to my hometown. Excellence service

Great hotel in a great location. The room was comfy and large. The staff was very helpful in the restaurant. The food was good. The view on the roof was awesome.

Fine place. Immaculate, romantic. We'll located in Green Hils next to a great mall mall and great restaurants. Great place and area to stay.

Loved the hotel - beautiful lobby and a great place for people watching or sitting in a quite corner and reading a book. Rooms very spacious. Had a restaurant on property and nice bar. Food typically pricey, as is with most hotels but nice dinner menu, but do not recommend breakfast. Staff responsive, polite and personable. Location across the street from a very nice mall, close to nice restaurants and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Highly recommend - price extremely reasonable.

I really enjoyed this Hotel. Very comfortable room and nice bathroom. The bartender on the roof top was great! It's about 10 mins away from all the fun too!

The room was well appointed and the furnishings were comfortable. Our room was convenient to the Executive Lounge, which was also a great value. Even in close proximity to both the Executive Lounge and elevator, we could not hear anything going on outside our room.

I also really appreciate the covered parking garage as it was raining when we left the next morning.

Was in town on business and stayed here for 3 nights. Check in/out was super easy and the parking garage was easy to access. My room was clean and comfortable as well. I’ll definitely be staying here on future trips.

This is, without question, the greatest Hilton I've ever stayed at anywhere across three continents. Staff is absolutely five star, the rooms are always extremely well kept and gorgeous, and the amenities are absolutely outstanding. In Nashville I would place them above any of the other "luxury" hotels. Walk into the lobby, or the lounge, or the study, or the Sky Bar, and try to tell me that any of the 5 start downtown locations are better. You can't. I realize it is in a part of town that demands excellence. But they nail it.

We had a few rooms here for our wedding block (December 2022). I did not stay here but had several family members who did and I worked with their sales team closely for the wedding block. I heard nothing but great things from our guests who stayed here. The rooftop bar was a hit and so was the restaurant inside the hotel. Thank you Hilton Green Hills for making our wedding weekend special!

Amazing staff, rooms and overall stay. Super clean Hilton property and will for sure be staying again! The diamond perks here are great and the restaurant in the hotel had some amazing salmon as you see pictured! Was hesitant to give a good review because it means everyone will stay here now!
