Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Green Hills

I stayed here for 5 night for a class I was taking in Nashville. I could have stayed at the hotel where my class was, but I chose this one because of the reviews & also the free parking & breakfast. I was definitely not disappointed in my choice.

All of the staff were so nice, friendly & helpful. I had an issue with my heat not working and literally within 5 minutes the maintenance man was knocking on the door and fixed the issue. The room was nice and having a kitchen was definitely helpful during my almost week long stay.

The breakfast was pretty much a normal hotel breakfast I guess but it was definitely nice and maybe even a step above. Some of the items were different every day and I appreciated that some days they had healthier options like chicken sausage and an egg white, I think it was a frittata. They also had breads, bagels, oatmeal, and you could make your own waffles, just typical breakfast items but it was set up very nice and they did a great job.

My stay in Nashville was a little overwhelming & stressful but this hotel it made everything a little easier.

It was a good location for what I needed to to, I didn't go downtown but I think it was about 15 minutes away. Bonus: there was a really cool little bar called the Greenhouse within walking distance. There are also other stores & places, like a Kroger, within walking distance so it was very convenient.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Big thanks to all the staff!

Stayed at this property multiple times. Great team! So impressed with the overall property. Every morning there is someone cleaning every inch of the hotel. Now I understand this location has won the top award in their chain! Great place!

The Hampton Inn Green Hills was perfect for our 1 night stay while traveling. Check in was easy and prompt and the staff provided excellent service. Our King Suite with a separate living area and kitchen was really awesome with a real couch which was really comfortable in the evening before bed. Breakfast was standard fare for Hampton Inn. The coffee was very hot and fresh. We would definitely stay again!

The staff are always helpful and considerate. We stay here because it's close enough to Vanderbilt where our son gets treatment. They've been kind to our son a d accommodating to our needs. It's close enough to town, but far enough to be easy to get to.

This hotel is awesome! The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff who greeted me at the front desk were welcoming and personable. The rooms had nice amenities. And it is only 5 minutes from the Bluebird Cafe. I had an awesome stay!

We booked for a weekend concert. We didn't know much about the area, and we were so pleasantly surprised. Randy at the front desk was awesome. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. We had an issue with the sheets, but once I mentioned it to the front desk, it was corrected while we ate breakfast. The hostess in breakfast was super nice and made me feel like my grandmother was watching to make sure I enjoyed everything. I also liked how they locked the front door, so you must have a key to enter after a certain time. We will be back and this will be my first choice of places to stay.

This place is excellent! The room was very clean, had a lot of quality amenities. We had our two dogs with us, and this was not an issue at all here. Housekeeping was awesome, as well. Location is great, close to downtown Nashville, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops.

But, what I loved the most were the employees. I’m telling you, driving from NY to here in a day was excruciating, but Susie (front desk employee) greeted us very warmly and with a great smile, and we really needed that after the drive that we had. She even gave our dogs treats! This initial interaction with her really helped us to have a positive stay and also a positive trip to Nashville. Thanks, Susie!

Quiet, clean, well kept hotel. Staff was friendly and comforting. Breakfast staff was lovely! This hotel cares about the little things- bathroom towels were beautifully folded, newer floors, good air flow in the room. Really enjoyed our quick stay in Nashville!

Great place to stay in Green Hills. Close to downtown without having the noise, crowds or parking issues. Steps away from a very nice mall with shopping, restaurants and movie theater with reclining comfortable seats. Rooms were very clean and spacious and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Coffee maker was not necessary though as there was always coffee and tea in the lobby. Parking and breakfast were complimentary and breakfast was a full meal, not just toast and cold cereal.

This is a great place to stay! Clean rooms and great customer service. When we checked in Randy and Jenna as well as all the staff are awsome! Breakfast was very good and included with room.

I stay at Hilton properties all around the world, but the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Green Hills is one of the nicest and friendliest anywhere. It is also beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We had an issue at another hotel and needed a new room right away. The front desk was able to check us in early and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and the roof patio is relaxing. Breakfast is not complimentary and $25 a person. Not worth it. About $8 to Uber downtown.

First & Foremost, KUDOS to JENNA at the front desk for her willingness to assist & help a stressed traveler in need— her highly personable yet professional demeanor is much appreciated! The hotel itself is very welcoming, ( LOVE the classical / light “elevator”music at the entrance and lobby area) classy & clean !
It was so very nice to be able to walk next-door to Emmys Squared without feeling nervous & unsafe !

This Hampton Inn & Suites is so clean and amazing! We absolutely love staying here on our return visits to Nashville = ) The front desk staff is super fun, friendly and highly accommodating- on top of that... walking distance to Green Hills mall~! Huge shout out to Susie and Jenna as they are seriously the best hotel staff ever and will make you want to come back!!!

This was a super nice place to stay. There isn’t like a ton of parking but it’s off the main road - set back so you loose some road noise. The bed was comfy, everything worked and seemed clean enough and the staff was very nice.

Quiet, comfortable room within walking distance to restaurants and Green Hills Mall. Will stay here again.

THE GOLD STANDARD of Hampton Inn & Suites! We stay at this location every time we are in Nashville. It is extremely evident each staff member truly enjoys being there and genuinely happy to see their guests. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast staff does a wonderful job of keeping the hot food items filled and I typically find the fruit to be very fresh and appealing. Everyone makes you feel right at home!
The location is convenient to Lipscomb University, Belmont University, and Vanderbilt University. It is also walking distance to Green Hills Mall.
As a side note, the lobby and dining area are beautifully decorated at Christmas time.
I can't recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites highly enough!

The best Hampton Inn that we have ever stayed at ! We have been Hilton Honors members for years and the attention to detail , cleanliness, hospitality of the staff and decorations of this location in superb ! The awards that this location and management group has received are well deserved . The whole Hilton chain and especially Hampton Inns can learn from this location. In a world where people are quick to complain , we spoke in person to one of the managers to compliment them on this location. The staff is super courteous ( Southern Hospitality at its best) , the breakfast options were delicious , also, free parking on premises is a plus ! If you’re looking for a place to stay while in Nashville, look no more … Thanks again to all the hotel staff . Our dog, my wife and I had an awesome stay !

The most amazing stay! We stayed here during the Eras Tour and it was so conveniently located to so many great spots like Green Hills Mall & only about 15 min to the Nissan Stadium. Also shoutout to the staff, esp Jen, who came to our room when my concert shorts zipper broke last minute and was so committed to figuring out a way to get them fixed even with Velcro and safety pins! Haha truly and angel and so so kind!! We loved our stay! THANK YOU JEN!!!

Most comfortable hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time. Stayed for 4 nights for volleyball tournament at Lipscomb. Warm and inviting surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Great night sleep. Zero complaints.
