Finish Line

I want to personally thank Ricky at the Finish Line in Nashville TN, Opry Mills. I purchased a pair of shoes Sunday, 5/7/2023, kids 4.5 size. He comes home from school Monday and the top of the right shoe has come un glue. Fun fact I have never had this happen. My husband goes to Finish Line on Sunday May 14th, to exchange the shoes and was told no. My working hours does not fit into Finish Line hours. I made time today and spoke with Ricky, he went above and beyond, looking for this shoe in Nashville. I was ready to travel to get this shoe. The close store was Memphis unfortunately. Finish Line this gentleman here is who Finish Line should have at the Frontline of your business. Ricky, again I can't thank you enough but just know!! If I could give more stars you would have them!!! 4ever Finish Line customer!!!

Best experience ever, Taylor and Erin really helped me out more than any other sales person I have ever done business with. They totally understood what is was looking for in a pair of shoes and I ended up getting two pairs they recommended. They're the type of people that are not in it for the sale they are in it to help you find what you are looking for, they even steered me away from certain shoes that would not be best for an 8 hour day. The shoes I was going for were 150, and they got me some for 120. They are honest, caring, and relatable. Definitely recommend them if your going to any finish line, and ask for Taylor or Erin if you want to have a transaction you'll remember and walk away with a shoe you'll love and not later on hate.

Experience with sales person at Opry Mills Finish Line -- our family's experience with Demetrious, one of the sales people, was terrific. My son has a hard to fit foot and, as a young man, he gravitates towards styles that are popular but not really suited for his foot size and needs. Demetrious was incredibly helpful and was a great example of patience, listening skills, and excellent product knowledge. He found a brand my son had never tried and ended up loving. This type of customer service and care really stands out and we will return.

They were great. We went back for a faulty shoe, and one gentlemen went above and beyond to help us get the show replaced. If course they didnt have the shoe we needed so we got it shipped to the house within a few days.

May 12, 2017 | I appreciate everyone being so kind and helpful while looking for shoes. Everyone was polite and the young man that got my shoes was very helpful. I'll remember the customer service I received at this location in the future - I'll be back.

Great selection of shoes and cloths, check when there delivery's come if there's a new shoe release there inventory will be seriously depleted!

We love this place, Erin and Anthony were so helpful and knowledgeable, with sizing and inventory, we will return. Thanks guys
