Pepper Palace

The guy working today was very nice and helpful. Spend probably 20 minutes answering my questions and suggesting sauces and seasoning. Very happy with the 8 I got.

I mean it’s a place called the pepper palace, it’s full of spicy sauces and a few mild for us weaklings. The staff were friendly and engaging, making for a truly fun shopping experience.

This is more a compliment to the corporate office. I purchased 4 jars of salsa at the Opry Mills location. Only 3 of the jars made it into the bag (the guy was answering a customers question while he packed the bag and I assume just left off the 4th). I tried to call the location a few times but was unable to connect. I called the corp number on the receipt and explained the situation. She (cant recall her name) asked me to send a pic of the receipt and my address and she would ship it to me rather than having me go back to the store. Great customer service! The item arrived a day or so later. I have been purchasing from Pepper Palace for years and will continue to purchase my salsa, hot sauce and spices from them as they show exemplary customer service in a time where the industry is sorely lacking. Coolest store in all of Tennessee. Every spicy food lovers DREAM. 100s of sauces youll want to buy them all. Definitely a must go place. You can sample pretty much every sauce too. A whole experience.

Guys, yall gotta try these sauces! The are all made homemade by this place and I must say that these are the best sauces I've ever tried. A huge selection also! Bought some while visiting and now i order from them online!! Definitely worth it!

The guy behind the counter is a wonderful sales person, convinced me to try the hottest sauce they have and then took very good care of me after my body started having trouble processing it.

Amazing! Best chilli sauces I’ve had for a very long time!

My wife loves spicy food so we had to give it a shot. The two attendees were really nice and allowed her to really give it a shot on all her spicy cravings. They even got her to try the end hot one. Was a great time. Would recommend to anyone who likes spicy and hot sauces

My wife and I went inside the store to buy 1 item, the wine steak seasoning, we love it! Well we tasted a few samples as always and found a few more items that we wanted to purchase. When we checked out the clerk was like "2 more and you get another free." Well I said something about not having samples out for some items and he quickly produces samples, so we bought those items as well. Great place, we love the products and enjoy trying new ones! Great customer service as always!

My wife and I stopped by the Pepper Palace last Saturday, like we always do when we're in Nashville. We got their 6 for the price of 5 deal. I regretfully didn't get the name of the young man who was working that day. He was a young, slender black guy. He was very helpful. Every choice he helped us select was great. All of Pepper Palace's sauces are not only spicy, but packed with lots of flavor. Try their sauces, and salsas, and you will make it a point to stop in on your next trip, too.

A wonderful experience tasting the yummy spicy sauces....Kudos to Corey @ Opry Mills. He was so helpful with sharing his knowledge about the sauces and encouraged me try some interesting ones. I even tasted 'The End'!

We went in to browse and wasn't sure if we wanted to buy anything, but Corey the sales person there walked us through some of his favorites and told us about the sale going on. So of course we had to buy several things. He was so helpful and so friendly and definitely deserves a raise.

They have a lot of cool sauces and spices. I bought a very hot package of beef jerky.

I love this store. I am a fan of hot sauce so this is the store for me. They have a ton of sauces and spices to choose from. They also have taste stations all around the store so you can try any sauce before you buy it. Not to mention the entertainment value of watching someone sign a waiver to try there hottest sauce they sell, then watch them jump around and cry when they eat it. Gives everyone a good laugh 😂. Long story short if you like hot sauces or just sauces that taste good head into the place and check it out!

Love this store. I have to stop by and refill my Big Easy Cajun spice supply! I also buy the dry ground peppers, habanero and scorpion pepper powder. Those are great for chili. The shop has a crazy amount of salsas, hot sauces, dry rubs, marinades, you name it! My daughter loves to try all of the samples! Courteous staff and great products.

Awesome place for people who love spicy salsa and a huge variety of hot sauces and seasonings. You won't find a better selection of exotic salsas. The ability to sample salsas and hot sauces is also something that sets it apart, making your visit an experience rather than just a drop in and buy situation. If you are visiting the mall you would be missing out by not stopping at Pepper Palace.

For aficionados of the burn! This store has a vast variety of different hot sauces for all palates, from sweet and smoky to nuclear annihilation of your insides. Staff are great and you can try before you buy! Dairy is on hand to cool you off.

If you love hot and spicy foods (especially sauces), this place is the mecca! There are SO MANY sauces! Flavors you didn't know existed or even knew you wanted! Plus, the sauces are out to sample so find one that sounds good and give it a try. But be warned... some are HOT! VERY VERY HOT! Next time I'm looking to make some barbecue or ribs, this would be the ideal place for a proper sauce.

The best idea in the world is to offer samples as this business does. Really gives you an opportunity to get an ID if you would like something that they are offering. If they have 400 different varieties of sauce, they don't have any. Still it was easy to find something that I would like. I highly recommend.
