My new favorite smoke shop! They have my favorite brands of vapes plus new ones all the time. Open later than other places and have their own parking. Parking is always an issue with other stores but this place is easy. Huge variety of anything you could want. Not just Vapes.

The person that helped me figure out my vape was totally cool and helpful! They always have what I need and more than happy to suggest new products and give an honest opinion. He also helped me figure out how to use my warranty on my device

Staff is very helpful and very kind. They help me with everything I need and always know what im looking for even though I dont know the name of the product. Staff will always give you the best experience buying what you need!!!!
Best Smoke Shop in Bergen County

Brand new store with great selection and chic design. The owner was extremly helpful and knowledgable for my questions about CBD oil. His suggestions were proper. When I asked him about an expensive alternative, he told me that his suggestion (which is cheaper) would be enough for me, contrary to many other seller who tries to sell you regardless of your need. So, I wanted to leave this review to let other people know where to get CBD oil and other tobacco stuff like cigars, vapes and hookahs.

This smoke shop probably has one of… if not the best selection of disposable vapes and vape juices. Not to mention their vast array of glass pieces.hands down the best smoke shop I’ve seen in the area. Will be back!!

When you walk into this smoke shop you are greeted with a friendly face. The staff are incredibly well informed about all of their products and will take great care of you. The store is brand new and very organized. I highly recommend puffcity!

Great store with amazing service! Amount and diversity of the products is crazy! They will help you out with anything and they will refund any defective product without hesitation or unnecessary questions, which, personally, for me, puts them way ahead of their competitors! This is THE best shop (of any kind) I have ever visited. The customer service ,as well as the selection, is amazing. They try to order the product you may need if they don't have it on the shelf and so far have always been successful ( unless it has been discontinued). I can't give them enough stars. BEST ( this particular location) I have ever been to and I've traveled the US. Well stocked with vapes, oils and smoke accessories. Worth the drive, regardless of where you may be.

Decently large variety of vape flavors for disposable, and some pretty sick touch screen mods that take juice. Denis ( puff city associate), was super helpful and gave me either 10% off off a third purchase on a disposable or a free Hyde disposable as a third instead. I took the Hyde. Really nice place with knowledgeable staff.

My first time there and I was so pleased to be given a free gift at check out which was a cool puffcity smoke shop mask and awesome little tote bag! Staff was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I have had while shopping! Staff completely took the time to explain in detail products I knew nothing about ! Even was able to exchange something I had previously bought which I no longer wanted without any problems! Very friendly employees/manager. Absolutely Kind and informative. Very laid back comfortable atmosphere. I never leave this store disappointed! I will gladly be returning very soon! Thanks puffcity 🙌

As soon as that door opens someone is there to greet you kindly! Such a fun and chill spot and the staff there is very helpful and super knowledgeable about the products. Had an issue with something we purchased there and they were so helpful and so apologetic and was able to help us and solve our problem! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that shops at a smoke shop! go support them !!

Great guy that always works there

Prices are fair and have a very good variety of everything. Will say though, I brought some black and milds from here. They were stale. I dont imagine people buying cigars from a store like this anyway, so that was on me. But overall highly recommend.
