Super Awesome people that are always willing to help.

They are an wonderful pharmacy they just take a very long time (sometimes) to assist other outpatients or citizens that partnered with the outpatient that it's a win/win.

4 stars only because of parking .
I liked it better when there was short term parking close to front entrance.
This pharmacy is able to fill prescriptions that my usual pharmacy cannot.
It's a busy hospital , There is sometimes a bit of a wait.

Pretty good if I say so myself. I had numerous problems over at the Cypress Pharmacy, so I just switched and what a difference it makes.
The people at the Pavillions Pharmacy actually know what they're doing, and treat you like a person. Over at the Cypress pharmacy, you're treated like dirt and like you don't know ANYTHING.
If you have to deal with UCDMC pharmacy... Use THE PAVILLIONS.

Poor service. Takes on average 3 days to fill RX unless you contact pharmacy directly then takes 4-6 hours to fill. They also don't notify you when RX is out of stock, which has happened 3 times this year. Very slow & rude staff.

The last two month when I call the pharmacy to get an update about an out of stock medication they do not answer the phone. I called over 20 times a day for multiple days and let it ring until their system hung up on me as UC Davis Patient Services directed me too. Patient Services nor could I reach the pharmacy. Patient Services said there was nothing they could do other than file a complaint but that takes a week or more to even get processed. What is even the point???? So patients do not matter UCD? Thanks for not helping.

First time at this pharmacy since my baby was an inpatient in the NICU. Stopped by prior to his discharge and they told me my insurance didn’t cover his medications, which I knew for a fact they did! The pharmacy tech couldn’t figure it out so I had to pay out of pocket and it wasn’t cheap. I only paid because my son NEEDED his medications. A few weeks passed by and I decided to get in contact with patient relations because it wasn’t sitting well with me knowing I had to return here for refills. They helped me and guess what I GOT MY MONEY BACK! It just sucks that I had to go out of my way & figure it out myself, otherwise I would’ve been stuck paying when it should’ve been covered to begin with. Such a terrible experience! and not only that, I’m not from Sac so I drive 50mins + to pick up my son’s meds. I’ve been having issues with his refills and nobody answers the phone at this pharmacy. I’ve been trying to call them for a whole week now SMH

Never coming back here on a Saturday again. There qas 1 person working and she literally took 7 minutes per person in line. I am not sure why it is taking her so long to give prescriptions that are ready but more staff should be working on Saturday's, if that's the case. Ridiculous.

Nope. Go to county, you’ll get better service and continued care then you will here with insurance. I will never go to UC Davis. They are snobby and put in minimal effort.
