The lovely ladies that work there are fantastic! They are friendly and genuinely want to help you find that special outfit. They even place cute outfits in your dressing room without being asked. A++++ service always!

The owners came into the establishment I serve at today in Brookings. Super sweet family that was super nice during one of out busiest moments of the day. They hooked me up with some store swag and a gift card for my lady. I really can't put into words exactly how much it meant. Today was crazy at work and their kindness was the highlight of my day, look forward to checking out their buisness so I can return the favor. Thank you guys, looking forward to rocking the hat you gave me.

I have always been so impressed with this boutique! They put so much thought and time into everything they do! The store itself is absolutely adorable. Every corner something cute to look at. They have a wide variety of clothing to appeal to any different shopper. Now let's get to the real special part of this boutique....the owner and workers!

I have to say, every time I go in there they make me feel so special! They go out of their way to help their customers. They pay attention to the style you are going for and pick out things for you that you may have over looked or that they think would look good on you. I normally go by myself but with the workers being so involved and personable, it feels like I'm shopping with friends. The customer service in impeccable!

They have a wonderful variety of accessories.... you can find anything you are looking for there! Very unique and cute earrings, necklaces, a wall of hats to spice up any outfit, shoes, scarfs (headwraps-for me😄) and much more! These gals pay attention to details and that hard work shows.

Went to this clothing store today that I've never purchased from, found something I wanted to purchase and found out that the price on the clothing wasn't the full price. It was a set, a top and bottom, the top said set and the price, the bottoms had tags but no price and neither did any of the other bottoms to any of the sets displayed. So I safely assumed that was the actual price. The employee told me the bottoms are a separate price but couldn't tell me what that price was exactly so I changed my mind and decide not to purchase the set because I felt like I was being overcharged seeing I wasn't even given an actual correct price for the bottoms. The experience was unpleasant so I mentioned that the store just was not a good fit for me. I messaged the owners Instagram I was following and let them know what I just experienced and mentioned in the message that would be the last time I would go back to that store. Yet, when I got a reply, it was unprofessional and rude calling me a liar and telling me I would no longer be shopping with them... as if I did something wrong... I literally told her I was not going to be shopping there so why feel the need to tell me I'm not welcomed not once, but twice, when it wasn't necessary to say as all? Only to be rude and unprofessional. Just wow. I would never treat anyone like the way she did to me. Especially over a pricing issue that is the businesses fault 😒 I wasn't very nice to message back with "idiot" included, it was not necessary it was petty like she was being and I know two wrongs don't make a right. She was even petty enough to make an Instagram story about me, didn't mention me, but obviously it was since it came shortly after this situation and has nothing to do with her store. Just shows the character of this person, I hope she doesn't stay like this forever and learns to handle her business in a professional manner.
