Kingston Saddlery has proven that they are a great place to do business with! I ordered a pony cart and had some questions regarding sizing the cart for my pony. I called and they answered my questions quick and efficiently. Later on more questions came up, so this time I emailed, and received a very speedy response with the answers I needed. The ordering process online was smooth and simple, and the cart was shipped to me at lightning speed - left CA Friday, and arrived in SD on Monday afternoon.
The cart is of beautiful quality, and was assembled in no time. I would recommend Kinston Saddlery to anybody looking for quality and reasonably priced driving equipment.

SO NICE PLACE..

Absolutely horrible service from this company. I went to order through the website. It allowed me to put in a Canadian address for shipping. Not even an hour later I got an email saying it cannot be shipped to Canada and they could only return the amount paid minus fees. (So I would not get all my $ back) This website should not allow someone to put an address in and select shipping to it if it cannot be shipped to that address.

Edit: After a long drawn out back and forth a full refund was issued. Don't bother buying from here to spare yourself the hassle.
