Walmart Supercenter

This is the most stocked Walmart I have been too in quite sometime. Thats including traveling across the country.
My cashier was very nice and friendly.
Door greeter was nice as well.

On February 15, 2024 I went to a national chain to get free air put in my tires. The young man told me three of my tires needed to be replaced. On February 16 I went to the super Walmart in West Sacramento. I didn’t have an appointment. The counterperson was James and he was very helpful. He showed me their inventory of tires that would fit my car. They only had two of the three tires I was told I needed. I decided to purchase two new tires and would come back for the third the following Monday when they got new inventory. I sat for maybe about 30 minutes and James came back and said William the tire technician wanted to speak to me. I was only thinking the worst. William asked me why I wanted my tires replaced when they were fine. Obviously eventually down the road I will need to replace my tires but for now there was really no need for me to purchase new tires but if I wanted to go ahead and put two new tires on the car, he would do that. I explained to him I was truly grateful for his honesty. I am a working person on a budget. He could’ve said nothing and let me drive out of there with two new tires I really didn’t need. He put my original tires back on my car and off I went. I just want everyone to know how honest and awesome James and William are at this super Walmart! I hope corporate reads this review and does something special for the both of them like give them raises or promotions . It’s also best to make an appointment since this location is very busy

I originally went to get an oil change. I was customer #4 before the doors opened, and I have to say customer service was very well smiles on faces from all employees . So while waiting, I go inside for dog food, and again, it's 7ish in the morning. I'm looking confused as to which way to go to find the food since I'm coming from the back of the store. Another employee asked, "Can I help you find something?" Overall awesome Customer service in Walmart WS on 1/7/2024.

As Walmarts go, this is the best in the area. They have groceries, so it's one-stop-shop. It's crowded, but that's Walmart. Parking is easy enough, I can always find a spot.

Skip ikea. Perry in electronics is the man. Helped me get a bed in my car despite it not being his department. Another employee helped me too but i didnt get her name. Way better service than ikea. Better stuff too.

My mom wanted to go to Wal-Mart, specifically, for some self care items. Our trip there was a good thing, because my wife and I were going to stop there on the way home from our visit with my mom, so we killed 2 birds with one stone! My mom found all she was looking for, and one of the items had an EQUATE brand, so we saved some money by buying Wal-Mart's brand!
My wife and I were in the market for some full size suitcases. We found some suitable for our needs that were lighter in weight, seemed sturdier, and were $35-$45 cheaper than comparable ones on the shelf.
The store was clean; everything was organized; the displays were neat and tidy; and the check out time was minimal. Our cashier was friendly, and fast!
I would venture to say that we had a great Wal-Mart shopping experience!!!

Walmart: exactly what you'd expect.

A great place to drop off your kids while you drink alone at the nearby bar, wondering how you arrived to this lowly place in your life, cursing your own existence, and pleading with the void to swallow you into the cold embrace of finality.

This Walmart has really clean bathrooms.

I like browsing in Wally- world. I find my grandsons things just because. I have been looking for a fitbite versa lite but they don't have them except on line through a 3rd party. The last time I delt with a 2rd party through Walmart it wasn't great. So if it is not in store or directly from Wal-Mart I will not waste my time. I will say since thing have to be locked up and I truly understand why, I would just like to see more workers available so we won't have to wait 30 minutes to have someone with a key come get what is needed. Until they arrive I just enjoy looking at items near so I won't miss the person ☺

Never seems to be to crowded. Associates, in general are courteous, friendly and helpful. The store is clean and they have it well stocked with snacks and quick meals at both ends of registers. The only other Walmart that is close to me is not a super Walmart. I still prefer to go further and shop a a better store

Definitely one of the cleanest and friendliest Walmart stores around, but that's just West Sac in general

I was surprised this year at the great selection for men's clothing. Grocery selection is also pretty good about 4

Everything was pretty spread out but the staff was nice and if you have common sense you have an easy time finding stuff!

Typical Walmart. Busy, well stocked, friendly staff. Good place to go if you need something.

Great I got all my Thanksgiving dinner except Turkey today. I want fresh turkey so I will pay the extra

Walmart is wonderful! They let me park my motor home there and the security doesn't bug you at all

My husband and I had a great shopping experience on Friday night (07/28) with the assistance of an employee, Caleb, who was gracious enough to help us find precisely what we needed. Caleb even went the extra mile to find us the best products! Thank you, Caleb!

The shelves were well stocked. The employees were very helpful. And yes, the prices are lower than most. I was able to find everything on my list, including fresh meat and vegetables plus my and dog and cat items. I even get my aquarium fish food there.

Needed to get some essentials for a couple of days and theres no better place to do so then here!!!

Super nice Super Center Walmart. I'm new to Sacramento to it was a nice time shopping for a few things my daughter needed for school.
