Great customer service! The man at the counter was very nice and helpful. Establishment was clean, welcoming and full of quality products.

I have been shopping at Pet Factory for over three years and love going here. They have competitive prices and nice selection. I really enjoy the family business aspect of it, first with Scott and Dotty and now with the new owners. They also will special order items if you request them.

I have know Dolly and Scott 20 plus years, they are great business owners. They run a clean, well cared for pet selection of beautiful birds, friendly rabbits, rats and mice. A great selection of chew toys, food and more.

My first time to this store and the gentleman working was outstanding. Great customer service and i would encourage anyone that has not been there to please check them out. Thank you
