Bel Air

I heard about a sale they were having on tri tip roasts, and the butcher trimmed and cut them down for me so beautifully. I really appreciated it, and what a great deal! The checkers were awesome and friendly, too.

Nice store. It was my first visit but fairly easy to find what I needed. Checkout was fast and cashier was pleasant.
Update: I've now been here several times. As pleasant as ever. I came today right when a highschool was letting out and there were kids EVERYWHERE! Very nice, well mannered amazing young people. Very nice experience. As always, everyone was very nice and friendly, even the shoppers. A+

Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Shelves were stocked nicely and neatly. Large selection of items. Meat and produce were extremely fresh. Prices were surprisingly low. Sanitizing stations at the entrance. I was looking for a couple of things in the wrong places, and within 15 seconds or so there was a member of the staff available and willing to point me in the right direction. Aaaannnnnddddd I didn't have to worry about my car getting dinged up in the parking lot as they seemed to have the carts pretty well all collected. I felt like a customer. A person. Like my business mattered. It was a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be returning here on a more regular basis.

This store is awesome. So much selection and a great price range. Especially now when my husband and I are trying new healthier options I'm finding more choices that suit our interests. I found a great ready made cauliflower pizza crust today. Can't wait to try it!! I also love that they feature locally grown produce and products.

Elvis was bagging my groceries and noticed the rotting apples in my bag. He went beyond and actually ran to get me a new bag. It’s so busy and hectic being the holidays especially for the crew but he was still able to notice details in my cart. Thank you Elvis. 4 kids enjoyed those fruits that you changed.

I shop at Bel Air every night almos.
I use to shop there because they have the best, sweetest and freshest fruit but now Its the only grocery store I go to every night because they all have the best customer service in all of Woodland! Always willing to help with a smile and they greet you with a smile when you arive and then thank you when you leave Every time!!! They all make you feel so welcomed .

A great neighborhood grocery store. Decent prices. Quality meats and produce. Wonderful staff. A few weeks ago I asked to see the manager. There was a specific product I wanted them to order. Several people came... To make sure that I didn't have a problem. The item I requested was soon on their shelves.

What a nice grocery store! Friendly and helpful staff too. Great selection, clean and uncluttered. Their deli and bakery are good too. And you can have some Peets coffee while your spouse shops if you like. I have even used Bel Air to have community group meetings (in Peets and in their public meeting room). Being across town from me now, I don't go as often as I used to. Highly recommend this store. Really.

I love this place, it's so nice, clean, welcoming, kind of high class look, compared to some grocery stores. (I realize now I may have become addicted to warehouse bulk buying, for cost efficiency) This is NOT a warehouse type store, and the "space" feeling says so. But the prices, are perfect.
I was just surprised, I used to stop here a lot when it was first built, and I was going to the college, easy to swing by, and grab my items for meals. I MISS THIS WIDE ASSORTMENT/SELECTION of products. LOL Never considered myself in a food rut, until I saw packages for stuff I "used to use/make".
I will be back.

Wonderful! A actual human sh!$ on the side walk out front...But it seems like they are trying...I like to shop there. Let's hope the orange juice has cameras or ankle monitoring systems. He he he! Great store.

I've been on crutches for four weeks. During this time, I’ve been to Bel Air twice. As always, great customer service!!
Three employees Andrew, Carolina & Isacc I am very gracefully for helping me with my groceries to the car; Even carrying a bag can be challenging with crutches!! All three, at different times have help me with my groceries. Even pushing a cart, is not easy while on cruches.

Well some things in this store are more expensive other things are a good deal. Best bacon in town! The atmosphere is what I enjoy the most. Almost everyone that works there is friendly and willing to help.

I can always find what I'm looking for and much more. Everything is fresh. It's like going to a farmers market in the vegetable section. They have things you can't find at any other store. And then you get rewards for foods you like. They keep track of things you buy.

The fresh food, especially produce and fruit, are kept in great shape. Food is rotated out on a regular basis. Cashiers are super helpful and friendly. Nice work Bel Air!

Very clean, well-stocked & excellent service. Can't beat the cookies in their bakery! Even my dad likes them!

They have fresh,meat & seafood.we buy our cook food if we don't have dinner to prepare for our kids,this place is 2mins drive to our house,as soon you enter the door you smell the fresh flowers,coffee & the food their cooking,ooohhhh,lalala,yessss,very convenient to other places,very near to freeways.So,I'm giving a 5 stars,every thing here is fresh & little cheaper.the most I like is rib eye steak,when they sale,I bought all the stocks of meat (just ribeye only).....

I work there, the staff is really nice, if you guys come here please be nice, we are people to, and someone almost made me cry cuz they were being so rude, we try our best to make your day the best we can 😁
