Tay-Van Car Wash

The folks at Tay-van always do a great job and they are very personable. I like Tay-Van over all other local car wash places because the wash techs pre-wash the entire car for you, by hand, and then hand towel dry your car after it runs through the auto wash / dry cycle. I get a much better wash, without having to pre-wash myself, and the car gets a fully dried without leaving water spots (un-like all the other car wash places in town).

These guys are great. 2-3 people pre-wash and then they have a guy at the end that dries your car. The price is very reasonable and the free vacuum cleaners work so good.

Pretty good car wash. You vacuum but they prewash and towel dry for you. Really good service.
Tip at the beginning as they pool the tips for the shift that is working.

5/5, best car wash in town. No upselling, no sales pressure. You ask for a car wash and they give you a car wash. It's the only place for my car after pollen season or dirt roads.

Great place. They do some hand done pre scrubbing before they run you thru the wash. They hand/towel dry at the end! It's the little things like that, that I love!

This is the SPOT! They have a bunch of guys running around your car scrubbing it down before you go through the car wash itself, then a guy hand dries it after. They do great work and haven't missed a spot yet. Sometimes there's a long line but they still turn people out really fast. Best car wash I've found to date!

These guys are amazing! They take so much time to scrub the car before sending you thru the drive thru! My car is left sparking clean and beautiful!! And you can purchase tickets to make it easier for future visits!! I would never take my car any where else!!

I will never go anywhere else in Redding! The team here takes great care in Pre-washing your car and towel drying afterward. Even after a long road trips with lots of stubborn bugs, they were able to totally clean my car in one pass through. They are always very friendly.

A solid yet affordable carwash to stop off at. I've had to avoid a lot of automated car washes because they tend to damage the paint on both my personal and work truck, touchless washes never properly clean off all the dirt and grime, while most hand wash places are slow and expensive. This one combines most of the best aspects of all three of these types, and has been one of the very few places I've been through with both my vehicles without any issues to date.

Best car wash I've been to. The service here is consistently too notch. They do very well at blasting off any mud and road grime before getting out the wash brushes. I always cringe at the chance someone may be dragging the last cars grit all over my truck when they wash...not an issue here. Wipers are always lifted so the windshield can be properly cleaned. Side mirrors are always brushed clean. Wheels are brushed and wheel wells are hit with the pressure washer. All this prior to actually going through the "car wash". Complete with a towel dry at the end at any of the three price points. This is a great place for a complete car wash and dry.
