Working with Matt to help coordinate service my newly purchased vehicle was easy and painless, he ensured that the items needed to wrap up my purchase were ready and available.
Jack in the Service Department was super helpful in helping me understand what was needed to be completed to my vehicle and the approxamate time it would take to complete. He took the time to make sure it was done correctly to avoid any future issues. In addition, him and his Service Manager Brian really went above and beyond to see that I was a satisfied customer. They really made me feel like a valued customer and showed how important my needs were.

Raphael was great to work with. He provided great service during our purchase at Ed Bozarth and made sure to follow up with us to get the added accessories to the truck installed. He made sure to get back with us promptly even on his days off and made sure we were taken care of at the dealership. The experience of purchasing form Raphael was good and I feel we were given a fair deal on the vehicle we purchased. I would recommend them to friends and I would purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

I took my vehicle in for some maintenance and warranty work. I worked with Dylan H in the service department and he took great care of us. He kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and worked to ensure everything was 100% completed and I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

I went in for an oil change and your service agent recommended flushing my transmission fluid based on my mileage. After waiting for three hours I was told they didn't have any transmission fluid. I was asked to come back another day and hopefully they will have the fluid in at that time. I waited an additional two hours for work that couldn't be performed. Better communication is needed between departments.

Raphael was very easy to work with, my Desert Boss was over a 13 month wait, and he kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Outstanding job sir! From the build all the way to the additional accessories towards final signing, very smooth.

Wow. Just wow. Ace Smith was one of the best advisors I have ever had. I will recommend all of my friends and family to go to Bozarth to get their car work done. My experience was amazing. Thank you Luis for fixing my A/C! I just tried it out and I can finally drive around comfortably on those hotter days. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, you would deserve it. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my SUV for service to this dealership for many years. They usually have appointments available the same day and get the job done in a timely manner. Ace Smith is the best service advisor there!

I had a battery go bad during the extreme cold weather in Jan, 2024. I called because I could not remember where I had bought it for certain. Dylan looked it up for me. Sure enough and it was still under warranty. I was 2 hours late for my appointment, subject to the battery testing equipment. He told me there would be a bit of a wait and he was right on the money. Quick, accurate customer service and good battery warranty.

There are 3 people I want to recognize they were amazing with my car. Bryan, Taylor and the mechanic. They did an amazing job taking care of my vehicle. I'm so thank for them. I'll never take my car anywhere else. Thank you guys for all your hard work. There was a bad review posted but that was very old. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

Leasing process was seamless. Blake, Charlie and Justin were great to deal with. Will definitely buy my next vehicles from them and send friends and family to buy from their dealership.

Jim Prestidge was our favorite car salesman in my 55 years of buying cars.
I went into Bozarth Chevrolet just wanting to check if I could get into and out of the new Corvette.
I was on vacation from the Seattle area and flying back home the next day.
Jim showed us the Stingray with all the options I had studied online and our color.
I couldn't pass up fulfilling my dream car since 1965 when my Buddy had the 1962 Corvette.

Ashly Boccio was excellent assisting with all the paperwork and my payment for the Stingray.

I am looking forward to the shipment from Denver to my home.

Second scheduled oil change and safety check. Jack is a great service manager, answered all my questions and check up on me in the waiting lounge.

Asked me how I liked the truck and explained what maintenance I would need based upon how I used the truck. I didn't feel pressured or upsold in any way. I will be going here for my next scheduled maintenance.
