Had a fantastic experience buying my 2021 Audi Q5! It was a super smooth process and no hiccups along the way. I dealt with Tony and let me say; he was GREAT!!! He made sure that everything went perfect while purchasing this vehicle and made sure my experience was nothing short of spectacular. I had been looking at upgrading my 2018 Ford Edge to a new Ford Edge for sometime. I always buy used cars but in this market finding the right price and mileage has been hard. I found my 2021 Ford Edge SEL on EchoParks website and immediately had to see it. I had the pleasure of working with Tony. I first saw the car on a Friday evening and while their prices are no haggle, I was able to negotiate other terms of my purchase and get in the price box I needed. Tony did an amazing job working on these negotiations and knowing my “no budge” areas. He was able to secure me everything I wanted in the loan and in the car! The car buying experience is a tedious task and EchoPark clearly knows how to serve their customers because they sold 5 cars while I was there Saturday to pick up my car. They are willing to work with you, if you work with them. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and Tony did a great job!

As a customer who had a very complicated situation and some issues out of anyone’s control, trust me this place will UP your expectations for any dealership.

Taylor, the service advisor, was ON TOP of my issues and always checked in. Matthew, one of the mechanics, came out and worked with me to explain the issues and checked in through out my experience. I’ve never had this type of communication with any service department. As a young woman who was dealing with car issues/car shopping solo, I felt understood and heard. I even worked in corporate for a dealership group in the past and understand that this experience is rare - so I appreciate it.

Nick was super helpful during my second time shopping. He was great to work with. Always checked in, listened to what I wanted, and made my shopping experience easy. He talked me through the warranty and had an answer for every single question I had. He was super accommodating and efficient.

I came in to Echo Park not expecting to leave with a vehicle. Harold Jenkins helped me find a BMW, was very patient and helpful. He let me test drive two cars, and answered all my questions through all my indecisiveness. Great guy. Ask for Harold when you go in. Echo Park has great prices and made the process fairly easy compared to what I've seen with other dealerships. Definitely recommend!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place! This was our first experience at EchoPark, but it won’t be our last. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Joe, who is one of the managers. After a brief wait in the bouji sales floor and casually walking the parking lot, Kadeem was assigned as our sales representative and greeted us like old friends. Kadeem took the time to listen to us and quickly found several vehicles that fit our criteria for our daughter’s car. The entire experience was the best we have encountered at a car dealership. My experience was excellent from beginning to end! Everyone was so friendly and not pushy at all. The atmosphere is relaxing and really geared towards the customer's comfort. When I called the sales dept, I visited with Ron M. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We made the decision to make a 5 hour drive to look at a car. Once there, we worked with Juan, who was great! The whole process was seamless. We had been researching for what we wanted and EchoPark had the perfect car at the right price. Terrific experience! Also, their cappuccinos are delicious.:)

Barton is such an amazing employee, he worked so hard in getting me a new car. I really highly recommend Barton as he's knowledgeable, won't mislead you and he will take care of you. Best of all he stayed 3 hours past his shift to get me into a newer car. Thank you EchoPark and thank you God.

Just totaled my car and was not prepared to buy a new car. Rob showed great patience with me as we drove 6 different cars,I finally took home a Nissan Rogue. I met his manager Jim , he’s a Harrison Ford look alike .They both took very good care of me and made it a great experience overall…No real pressure

I recently purchased an SUV from Antonio at the Centennial EchoPark location. Antonio made the process so easy and without all the pressure you would typically expect to get from a car dealer. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and allowed me time to test out multiple vehicles and ask all of my questions. Hannah and Joe spent all day with me, I test drove all the cars I was interested in, they found me a fantastic car in my price range, reliable and the body I was looking for. I didn’t even know about this car and have it in my radar but they did an amazing job meeting allll my needs in the car they found for me. They were really transparent about everything, offering used cars with low mileage which are newer than any other dealerships I scoped out in the area. Overall as stressful as the car buying process can be they make you feel supported and like they’re on your team. They also don’t negotiate prices which takes a lot of the stress out of car buying. Overall it was an easy process and I felt like a team of people were there to answer any questions I had, and boy oh boy did I have questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

What a great experience! My fiancé and I worked with Bart Carr and he was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. He didn’t pressure us at all, just answered all of our questions. Everything is transparent and up-front. This place is cheaper than the typical dealership with no hidden fees. We came in for a test drive and ended up with our dream car.

I had already done my research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, so I just had to find the Gladiator that had the specs I wanted. Antonio was great to work with, he didn't try any of the high pressure tactics that most dealerships use, and was very pleasant to chat with.
