I have to say that my experience with this hospital was amazing and Ive been hospitalized several times due to heart surgeries and other complications. This was my first time in a Colorado hospital due to resent relocation. I was here for again heart complications. The staff was FANTASTIC they were very considerate and friendly and much to my surprise when I asked about visiting. I was informed that my son was able to stay with me my entire stay in the hospital which was AMAZING. I’ve never experienced this before. I was also able to order meals for him and only had to pay a small amount extra for his food that came along with mine. Even though this hospital is the furthest from my home if, and when I need to be hospitalized again, it will definitely be at this hospital. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay here very pleasurable.

This place is incredible! Everyone was so wonderful to me after my surgery. The nurses in particular were so kind, and patient with me. Very evident that the staff here cares for their patients! Highly recommend!

Our L&D nurse, Sara, was absolutely incredible. She talked me through everything and made me feel extremely comfortable. I keep thinking about how she made my whole experience during labor and delivery last week calming, fun, and exciting. Even when I had a scare, she remained cool and collected. Thank you Sara!

I just had to share our experience at Sky Ridge, as I've had many surgeries and hospital stays over the last 20 years, and this was by far the BEST experience ever for both myself as the patient and my husband. From the moment of coming into the ER to being admitted into the hospital I felt that they truly cared about my health, comfort and communicated with us the entire time. They didn't rush me out of surgery to home, they made sure I was feeling better and able to heal properly at home before sending discharging me. The entire staff was just amazing! Thank you again for taking such great care of me, I truly appreciate it!

Everyone was incredibly kind, efficient and knowledgeable on my visit to the ER. I had taken a tumble that required X-rays, CT scan and three stitches. Wish I could remember everyone’s name as they deserve to be recognized. Many thanks to them all. Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this medical center.

The nurses are taking excellent care of my sister. So compassionate and caring! Nurse Heather on PCU went above and beyond to make sure that circumstances were in the highest good for my sister. Kudos to all of you!

I thought the care was excellent, the nurses were attentive, the woman Nancy who woke me in the recovery room was a sweetheart. They explained the details of the surgery so I knew what to expect, professionalism above standards. The food eggs French toast was horrible, but the salmon and deserts were good. I loved all my staff to pieces. They were just wonderful and made my major surgery tolerable. Thank you Sky Ridge, and my care team so very much!

Upon arrival we were greeted kindly by the staff and given instructions on how to check in and where to wait until we were called. After a very brief span in the waiting room we were brought back, vital checked and we began to explain my condition to the doctors and nurses who attentively listened and took notes. (This was important to me since my last visit to an emergency room nearby was quite different. The doctors and nurses kept coming and going and I had to explain my condition through labored breathing more than 5 times. No one took notes, no one was informed. In fact no doctor even put a stethoscope on me for my pneumonia diagnosis.)
It was so much better at skyRidge. I was experiencing intense abdominal pain and they quickly jumped into action, tested my blood and started me on an IV drip. There was always someone close by checking in, proving updates and offering assistance. I am very grateful to the staff, Nurse Alison and Dr. Rose. Thank you

Adam in the er gave me an IV and I literally didn't feel it. I've had a lot of IVs in my day but that man has got the formula down. Seriously I was amazed. Adam if you see this you're the mvp brother. Thank you kindly sir 🙏

I was sent to this ER from urgent care and ended up needing emergency surgery for my condition and staying inpatient overnight. The staff from beginning to end were phenomenal! I had the best care from the minute I entered the building. Extremely kind, caring, and personable staff. The room I was in overnight was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed/wanted. It was an unfortunate situation I had to stay but the staff and facility made it a softer blow. I would highly recommend this hospital if you get to choose beforehand as I was very lucky to be sent here. Thank you staff at skyridge you all went above and beyond and gave me the best experience!!!

I was in the er today. David is an EMT at the front desk of the er and he is genuinely incredible. Not only was he able to bring me peace of mind in a time where I was scared and struggling, he also offers wonderful care. After hearing about him and his life, I learned he’s an incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and educated care taker. After having only been there for 2 weeks, David absolutely rocks and I hope him and his superiors are able to see this review.

Thank you so much to the ER team for making a stressful situation so much easier yesterday. Thank you for the quick response and getting the right medication with no hassle and no wait time. One of the best hospitals to go to for emergency situations!

They took amazing care of my mother during a difficult time. The ER & ICU team went above and beyond to make my mom and family feel safe and comfortable. The circumstances were unpleasant, but everyone on the team was so kind and impressive. Very thankful for the nurses, doctors, door staff, and security. Especially nurse Ryan and nurse Linda in ICU, and the safety nurse Laurie. Thank you all for what you do.

Caring staff in all aspects of patient care. Surgery check in went smoothly. Most of the nurses were completely on top of everything, compassionate and understanding. The bed was not comfortable, only complaint. The food was delicious and varied. Every staff member greeted me with a smile. I felt safe and well cared for. My surgery was flawless.

The lovely ladies that took care of me were extremely kind and very nice. They explained everything so that I understood what I needed to do. The woman who drew my blood was awesome.. she's like the The easiest I've ever felt.. well didn't feel.. she got it in so easy and I seriously didn't feel a thing
She explained what the blood draws we for.. id say 10 out 10 will recommend to anyone needed this kind of care and service!!! Thanks ladies yall were amazing!!°

On May 11, 2023 I arrived at Sky Ridge Spine and Total Joint Replacement Center on the Sky Ridge Medical Center campus for total hip replacement surgery.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The pre-op nurse assigned to me was just unbelievable. I never felt that I was just another elderly person under going surgery. She made sure I was comfortable and paid the utmost attention to me.

I didn’t get to the know the surgical team but to the extent I did they were all very cordial and caring. I felt very safe in their presence.

Post-Op care superior. I felt like a visitor to their homes and they treated me like I was regal. Very much enjoyed being with all that were attendance.

The discharge nurse explained every post surgery detail to me and made sure I understood what I could and couldn’t do. Very professional and very efficient.

I strongly recommend this facility to anyone scheduled for surgery. Patient care is top shelf.

Every single experience with Dr Xenos, his entire staff and Sky Ridge Medical Center is and has always been absolutely incredible! My wife and I travel approximately 400 miles round trip to receive our surgical care from Dr Xenos and the Sky Ridge teams. As long as Dr Xenos is practicing we will remain loyal patients to his practice! You absolutely cannot go “wrong” by trusting your care to Dr Xenos and his fantastic team!
Again, as long as he’s in practice we will NOT trust another orthopedic surgeon to work on us!
“Highly recommend” is something of an understatement! We know SO many in our small community of Trinidad (and beyond!) who trust their care to Dr Xenos, if we can, you should as well!

We had an emergency visit on 5/8/2023, the next day 5/9/2023 the hospital called us to come back to get a follow up. We got the bill at 5/9 first, so we payed $1000 right away, then we got another bill for 5/8 for another $1000. It doesn't make any sense at all, the two visits are for the same case, and we didn't want to go back to the ER the second day, if we knew we would be charged for $1000 again we would go to a regular clinic for follow up.
