Check in at the guard shack at the right side of the building. He’ll direct you to park in a specific area in the back. There’s lines for the trucks to park in for the off loading process. Quick and easy

Had a fabulous experience with Lynn, I believe the current assistant manager in the paint department. She actually had first hand experience with various products, was very helpful and friendly. Lynn gets 10 stars. I saw her days later and she asked how the project went = thoughtful!

There was a nice selection of potting soil and garden supplies. There were clerks available throughout the store, which was clean and well stocked. The check out lines were running smoothly and only 1-2 customers waiting for each line..........we went back again today. Nice chrysanthemums outside, still pretty clean and well stocked.

Ordered online and sent that order was ready soon after with store layout and directions to pickup counter.

Have a good selection of many different items. Prices are good and enjoy getting the 11% off when offered! Love their garden center in the summer and holiday seasonal items all year round. Great kid toys!

I mean this place operates as its own country because of its vastness of having just about everything you could think about under one roof it's quite maddening everything that you can find at this large facility

Craig, the salesperson in the lumber department, helped us so much! He was very knowledgeable and made suggestions to help solve a problem we had.
Another male employee, JON, worked in hardware. Although not familiar with the item/product we were looking for TOOK THE TIME to look it up and walked us to the section and found it! He was very friendly and curtious.
I think this was the BEST customer service ever at Menards!!!

I have been in 3 or more stores and they are all laid out the same. It is easy to find stuff. I needed a headlamp for my truck, no problem finding it. Reasonable stock on hand. Good lumber supply. However no Dewalt tools :-(

A great atmosphere to go to. Obviously this is the ideal place for needs such as building supplies, tools, etc. However, Menards has a fair share of food and household items and can be a potential one stop shop compared to the stress with shopping at Walmart. You can find canned items, some frozen/refrigerated items, and a large supply of drinks and snacks. Also, there are household necessities that you can find throughout the store. The only disadvantage is the app. A lot of times searching for a product is not helpful because you can’t find the exact aisle it is located in (and instead the “section”). Otherwise, getting the option for 11% rebates, competitive prices, and a variety of items puts this in the category of a great store to spend money in!

Friendly workers asking if I need help and if I found everything I was looking for. I always find what I'm looking for. I didn't know promotion was going on and they gave me the rebate form at checkout saving me 15% on the sale.

Encountered a great employee today. She was extremely friendly and helpful in locating the item I needed.

My wife and I were at menards trying to get some doors and other materials for our home today. We had a long list of stuff we needed and an even longer list of questions. We were approached by an employee named Todd working where you order building materials. He answered every question we had and found everything we needed! He and another employee named ken loaded up our doors for us which was very helpful because I injured my shoulder and couldn’t lift anything! If anyone has to order anything here talk to Todd or ken! I hope the store manager is aware of the quality people they have in there and are appreciative of them, I know I am!

Had an online lumber order delivered to a remote cabin. The delivery team from this store made this super easy and were great at communicating updates with me. Thank you Rice Lake Menards!

I bought a few items online that were not available at the Eau Claire stores. I went to the service counter and was immediately helped. When I went to the pickup area everything was waiting for me and ready to go. I was in and out in less than 10 min. Excellent service, thank you!
