Best Buy Outlet - Aurora

We have purchased several appliances from this store and everything has been great except for their delivery service which didn't come through for us more than once. However, I understand that they are a third-party service and so I won't say anymore than that. We had to work through some exchanges and John (one of the managers) handled everything perfectly! He patiently took the time to figure everything out and was exceptionally professional and helpful! We will be back again.

It’s always hit or miss for really nice stuff but if you’re not picky about color or style you’ll find what you need. Tons of windows, doors, stone seem to always been available. If you need something and live nearby, it’s worth the trip.

Very helpful staff! Even though they are busy, they still will find the time to answer your questions and help you make a good decision. The deals are amazing! Obviously, you have to do your research beforehand, so you know what to look for and what the prices are. Once you do, you can compare and get good deals!

Honestly, if we could leave 10 STARS we would. What an amazing team on the floor at this location. We needed a fridge and dryer for one of our rentals, and we went in on Wed night, ready to go, but the computers were down to finalize the delivery. So we called in today to finalize it and we got the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of working with Matthew over the phone, what a wonderful, PATIENT, and just hard working individual (which is MUCH appreciated in the workplace today), he was able to get the items we had wanted on Weds, got them ordered for us, we could pay remotely with the Best Buy account we have and VIOLA, new appliances (at an absolute FRACTION of what they would be in 'perfect' condition) are coming next week!! Will update for sure once delivered. Don't waste time, take the drive to 225 & Mississippi during the day and get yourself not only a DEAL, but amazing SERVICE!! Cheers!! Great work everyone. My dryer went out, so we came here on Friday, Feb 4th, to see if we could find something. The gentleman that helped us was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Once we found what we wanted, we paid and they had our dryer loaded on our truck within minutes.
Plenty of options to choose from, great prices, store was organized and clean, and the staff was amazing.
Our experience overall was very pleasant and easy, and our dryer works great.

Words cannot explain the level of service and integrity from the employees that work here. I've never been wowed by a staff that has been willing to go out of their way and make sure that you receive the best service possible. Truly a five-star experience. I have to hand it to Arlo and Henry for going above and beyond !

This place has great refurbishef products. Not much time spent on making the store look good, but great prices. Service was a little slow and non attentive, but does that really matter at an outlet?

Pros: great prices and good selection.
Cons: warehouse feel and distracted service.

Adrian was a huge help while trying to find the right refrigerator. After we finally found we, we realized it was missing parts. He was very quick to help us find the exact model, and discounted it to match the price with the fridge with the missing parts.
Adrian was very professional and attentive to our needs, even though he was the only one there who seemed willing to help.

The delivery was on time and very professional as well.
I highly recommend this place for great discounted appliances. If you get a chance, ask for Adrian.

Great deals on appliances and TV'S

Really cool store! Amazing prices on appliances and electronics. Brand new stuff, these items have likely just been returned by a customer who changed their mind but had already unboxed said item. Awesome concept and even better prices! Sales team was very friendly and attentive.

Jose & Arlo are 2 of the employees that work at this store. They both have excellent customer service. They are very helpful to the customers. My husband and I enjoy when they are at the store because we know we will get great customer service. They are very valuable to the Best Buy Outlet company. Great job to both of you!

You can definitely find good deals at this place. Needed a washer and dryer, looked around at quite a few places before my dad told me about here. And I’m glad I waited and came here before spending $400+ elsewhere for lower quality machines. I did spend probably an hour or so walking around comparing different machines at different price points and trying to find what would work for me and what matched or semi matched. Pro tip: if the display is off for the price on a specific machine, definitely check with an employee because supposedly they’ll shut off the displays at corporate if the price is super low to distract people from buying them and look at other options. You’ll also get $50 off per transaction if you pickup the items yourself. All together I paid around $950 after tax for a brand new dryer still in the packaging and a open box washer, both Samsung, both high end models. Very happy with my purchase. Definitely gonna go back and add the 3 year warranty for $100/machine though.

My only complaint is they definitely do not staff this place with enough people like they should. I saw I think 3 people working the entire place while I was there, so when you get 5+ customers in at a time it quickly becomes a pain to get assistance when you’re ready to ask questions or buy a product. And that’s not on the employees, they’re clearly juggling a lot. Not going to lie though, as an introverted person, it’s super nice walking into an appliance store without being bombarded with sales associates trying to push you to buy something, I liked being able to take my time looking at everything before asking for assistance. I do think corporate or whoever is managing this location should look into adding more staff though.

Just bought a TV. Arlo helped me pick something out that fit my needs perfectly. He was super knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. Made sure I had everything I needed to get the TV working. Arlo was absolutely fantastic. Guy has regional manager written all over him. Absolute asset to your team. Would have been lost with out him. Thanks Arlo!!!!

Stopped by in hopes of finding a Galaxy Watch. Glad I did, found the watch I wanted at a great price and in excellent condition. The staff here is helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Update: today I accidentally ran over my work bag with my iPad Air and pretty much destroyed the tablet. Not only did I get an amazing deal on a refurbished iPad Air with an extended warranty but they helped me transfer all of my apps and personal information from the broken iPad to the new one. These guys went above and beyond to help me out! Than you soooo much!

I got an phenomenal deal on an open box sound bar and subwoofer, better than 50% off. I'm super stoked! The place is pretty clean and check out was quick. Quite the selection...

Can't beat the price. If you know tech and know what you are looking for, you can save yourself $500+ easy. We just got a $1000 TV for $350. LG 65" 120hz. Very pleased with this purchase!
