Wow! Marie gave me 10 star service. She noticed that I was having trouble at the self checkout. Without having to say a word Marie came over and offered her help. The self checkout was not recognizing my coupons so Marie adjusted everything manually which she was incredibly patient doing. Marie really went out of her way to help me and make my day easier. I hope that Marie will get recognized for her outstanding customer service. I will try to come back to this location whenever possible. Thank you Marie.

Excellent job of customer service. Was having a problem with the app and the manager helped me figure it out. Turns out the app wasn't working correctly and the manager kept the companies word by giving me the deal. Above and beyond. Very impressed with her. Thanks!

This happened to be the location of my first Uber shopper order. I pretty much had it all figured out until I got to the checkout. It was part my fault and part technical issues that were preventing us from completing the transaction. The lady who was helping me, was extremely patient and helpful as it took a while to figure out. She was able to leave my order up for a few minutes while I figured it out so we wouldn’t have to rescan everything again. She helped me with what she knew and we got it figured out and I was on my way. I’m happy to have had someone so patient while I was just figuring out the process of shopping for someone else.

The manager, service desk and clerks are very friendly, professional, helpful and actually hear what you're asking.
I had another experience at this store. I went to use the ladies room and it was awful! I went to the service desk and let Samantha know. She got right on fixing the situation and she allowed me to use the employees restroom, which was clean. I want to say thank you for your help.

A good neighborhood Safeway. I hope that it remains so with the proposed merger with King Soopers/Kroger. Seems like there's already a lot of excessive profiteering on all retailers of groceries. So as long as I see prices even promotional prices raised by 100% during the very recent past . As long as that's the competitive current pricing then how would a grocopoly be better? It's very suspect and appears to be collusive already. Store hours now are matching. Something that hadn't been the case for two years during covid. It's never been a known occurrence that bigger is best. A one word of caution to all stakeholders. Super-Valu. The long one time largest grocer in the country now has become a unknown and unseen entity by it's expansive moved from the 1980's onward to the 1990's. So all concerned should really be concerned if this best served the companies and customers? I doubt wages have doubled in the same timeframe as this. Life is sometimes difficult but doubling down on pricing ? Just be fair or beware. There's many many options these days. And if the consumer is gouged and all. They will jump to your competitors. And if your competitors triumph , then expect a new and not improved mega collapse. Treat us fairly. Or fairly we all shall watch the dismantling of both lines .

Super responsive- I forgot to place my order the day before; the Parker store was so helpful in getting the food ready.

It has gotten way better than it was last year. Last year there would be one lane open and a long line while workers were walking around cussing and joking with each other. They have since installed 4 self check outs and if a regular line is long, they will open a one or two extra lanes to get everyone through really fast. They keep the self checkout scanners clean. The pharmacy is awesome. Very quick!!

this is my neighborhood grocery store I have had it be my Neighborhood Grocery Store all my life and I wouldn't really change anything about it except for I would make sure that they carry butane and maybe propane like the camping size but that's about it. maybe have a better makeup section cuz they don't have anything to make it just let you know.

Despite COVID-19, the store had almost everything on my list. A big shout out to my cashier Nicole. She did a great job looking after the lady in a wheelchair that was ahead of me in line. When my turn came she made sure that I had downloaded all appropriate discounts on Just for U.

Beyond amazing customer service if you're looking for an amazing store to go shopping at go to Safeway in particular this one I personally go to this location for all of my grocery needs. Everybody in the meat department is very helpful not to mention the produce department is very friendly! The people in the deli make my day while slicing my meats and cheeses. Overall A+

I recently went and some employees always seem as if they don't enjoy their job but 2 young boys, one Asian boy and one African American boy really changed the vibe of the store in a great way! They both made the shopping experience great for me and my family! Stores need more people like them, I believe their names were hue and badaso. Not to mention the out standing job the older people like Mark and Kevin do! (:

Love Lucerne products. Excellent sales. We need a Safeway in Salt Lake City. Safeway has excellent sales. I love Safeway so much better than Walmart. Kroger is a good store and I like Safeway even better.

The store is always cleaned and stocked. Carts are always collected, sanitized and ready for use. I started coming just for the pharmacy then continued for the deals and peaceful shopping.

This is our favorite Safeway! Great produce,meat choices, and best of all amazing staff, great choices!!! We only shop here!!!

The gentleman that was working up front was amazing.When I pulled up he was out getting carts. Talking to everyone, most of which he knew as regulars. I am sorry I didn't get his name. He is the reason I will return to this location!!

Hello, I grew up in this part of Aurora and have been taken/going to this particular Safeway all my life. It may be a smaller supermarket and the selection can be limited, however it is the closest market from my home and i like to know that i support local businesses.... at least for the employees. They have of late been a little short on the staffing but they are doing the best that they can. I like the checkers that have been there for a while and i chat with them often. I like the prices and there are usually not to many people except right before a large snow storm and i was not prepared too....!

I only buy meat at Safeway they have the best meat department and one of the best seafood department the shelves and the meat department is always full and the workers in the meat department is very nice and go out the way to help I go early in the morning at 7:30 a.m. Mississippi and Peoria Aurora Colorado nobody in the store at 7:30 so it's not crowded and very clean five stars

Wonderful bagels, individually
wrapped or available in larger packages. Great raspberry filled Bismarks. Today they were out of their 7 layer dip which is also excellent. Also carry NatureMade Vit D in 5,000 units which can be hard to find locally, buy one, get one free.
