I just wanted to show some appreciation to the customer service personnel and especially Thomas in Security for tending to my mother, who was having car troubles in the parking lot. I reached out to customer service who put Thomas on the line and he rushed out and attended to my mom, fixed the problem and got her on her way home. Thank you all so much for your quick reaction time and willingness to help. Keep up the good work!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I drive 25minutes each way just to go to this King Soopers. With 2 babies, I always do curbside pick-up. Therese is amazing at curbside, she always works hard for the substitutions and is very personable. Highly recommend doing your shopping there.

Had the best checker named Nicole. She was professional and fast. Also vary patient with me when my card did not work. The last few months I have seen great customer service by the staff.

The last time before I went in I saw the managers being patient with a lady who was trying to buy some cleaning supplies but only had EBT. Instead of getting frustrated she was clam and understanding. Sue offered to let her try again knowing it would not work.

Keep paying it forward guys.

Usually when I leave the grocery store I'm annoyed about something. However, today's experience was quite pleasant thanks to Sage. He was working the self checkout line today at your Chambers and Mississippi location in Aurora Colorado. He was very pleasant and a joy to speak with and very helpful. I hope that you all appreciate this young man and the exemplary service that he provides to his customers! Well done Sage!

Victoria the produce manager was extremely helpful and amazing, went out of her way to check for bread in the back for me.

I like this store. It's right up the street and the people are all very kind.

In and out fast great selection and service

Great customer service, they deliver, I've seen the same associates for many years. My daughter gets a free piece of fruit everyone we visit, if an item scans for more than it's marked, I usually get it for free, it's a great place to shop. I've been going for years.

Had a great experience today at the store, I was checked out by Donna K who brought a fun and enthusiastic approach to her job! Her energy made the shopping experience enjoyable, she's a great addition to the team!

Well organized with a fantastic service desk. Busy or not they do a great job knocking the line down. Very kind associates and generous cart pushers. Has been a staple location for years and will continue to be one for many more.

I was struggling to find some items I needed for dinner and there was an employee named Robert he was front facing and saw I needed help. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. I was grateful he did because when we found the item it was too high for me to reach!!!

I've been shopping here for almost 2 years. Everybody's friendly and always willing to help. Contingent of workers and shoppers here is mostly low-income families. Therefore don't expect selection of products you saw at DTC King Soopers location. If you know how to check products for freshness, then ignore half of negative reviews here. They inspired me to apply for King Soopers credit card. I now save even more. Plus almost 65 cents off gallon of King Soopers fuel at other location I fill up since this location doesn't have a fuel station. I wish they would get a fuel station at this location in the near future.

P. S. To certain, low-rating-due-to-quickly-rotting-food reviewers: if you see the item on sale, DON'T GET IT. I worked in the food industry for years. Logistics team carefully monitors so they don't have an OVERSTOCK of the items and SALES team makes sure the prices are set correctly. These two work closely together there to maximize the store overall profit-to-spending ratio. Most of the products which go on sale are either near their expiration date or the store decided not to sell them anymore. Therefore do not complain that food got rotten the next day or you got the food poisoning. You should have known not being greedy and got the same item next to it at the full price. Do you want a discount?
Then don't look for the "deals" at the store, get the coupons online. There's plenty of coupons. Trust me, you will even save way more.

Quick and easy in and out. Pretty crowded here... that just means it's a good spot

I love this Kings. This is my store,not too big not too small. I know where everything is and can get in and out fast. It has a lot of self serve stations that make a couple items,in and out in less then 5 minutes. And the staff are so helpful. Even on their worst day,I can make them smile. Thank you,My King Soopers.

Love this store, staff are great and helpful, store is always clean and well stocked, and they offer great coupons. They definitely need more people working the customer service counter though the line is always long with a ridiculous wait time.

I do pick up orders here more times than not. It’s always on time and barely ever a wait. The employees have always kept me updated and are always super nice. Thanks for being awesome !

Shopping here for 18 years. Not had a bad encounter at anytime. However, Parking Lot needs some work.
Almost got run over a few times as the stop signs migrate in front of the store.
And the 1st Handicapped space on the west side is a real pain to get into and out. And it additionally Blocks the view of anyone heading west in front of the store.

Idk about the rest of the store but Donna with the purple hair is just amazing. She brightened up my whole night with her great attitude.
