I have been having a satisfied service experience here since I got my Subaru. They have easy online appointment booking with several follow up text messages before and after your appointment. TFT broke my wheel stud during last all season tire change, WRS flagged it and explained to me the implication during my last Saturday routine service, they got it fixed due to safety.Service was great staffs were awesome.

Jadon was wonderful, quick and seamless process. This is the second purchase from WR Subaru and have no complaints.

I went in recently and left with my family’s fourth purchase from White River Subaru. They are not your typical car dealership. They will work with you to make your (reasonable) hopes happen. I was in and out in about 3 hours. While waiting to close the deal they were apologetic like it was taking an unreasonable amount of time, but they couldn’t have been better! The General Manager and employees at White River Subaru are very friendly. They respond to inquires quickly and consistently follow through with their promises. They have mainstreamed their processes so customers have an efficient and thorough experience. In three hours I was able to test drive my car, get a tour of the building, meet a member of the service team, go through the contracts and warranty offers, set up my StarLink service and get an interior/exterior protective service done on the car.

We met Abigail when we researched a used car they had but we ended up with a brand new Subaru! She was very patient with finding a match for our needs and was able to make a deal happen with a NEW car we could afford to finance! She was super professional and kind; we did not feel pressured.
